Very unfriendly. The store opens at 10am and I was at the door at 10 AM. The Store associate was at the register counting money and when she came to let me in at three minutes after she didn’t open the door or acknowledge that I was there. Maybe she was having a bad day but this is not acceptable for Ann Taylor. Clothes and accessories selection are normally pretty good though. And they usually have my size which tend to be the smaller sizes.
Compared to the other Ann Taylor locations I’ve been to in Georgia, this one the worst for customer service.
