I feel like they did a good job on the cleaning, but I was very disappointed in the price. On their page, it states that the«cleaning» is $ 69 for«unlimited feet,» however; when they got here, the price started going up. My dryer vent had a clog in it. Apparently, «unclogging» does not equal«cleaning» — which I find odd. They wanted $ 199 to unclog it AND clean it. I refused to pay for the unclogging because I told them that unclogging=cleaning and that they should have made that very clear on their Web site. In addition to that, they wanted an extra $ 49 to clean out the dryer. Since I knew the dryer needed it, I didn’t mind paying that, so I did. The couple who did the work was very nice and did a good job. I’ll admit, «$ 69 for unlimited feet» sort of sounded too good to be true when I made my appointment. Turns out, I was right. When you make your appointment, make sure you understand EXACTLY what the charges are going to be before you potentially take time off work or wait around for them to come out. Otherwise, I would recommend finding a company that very clearly lays out what the charges will be on their site.

In Reviews I’ve read(after I used them) I’m starting to believe that their HVAC service is OK but their Dryer vent service is horrible. I haven’t seen a single positive review on the Dryer Vent cleaning. My dryer vent was about 50% clogged. «Technician» showed up, pulled the dryer, ran a drill powered brush through the vent, put the dryer back and left. After he left I turned on the dryer and went outside to discover that there was NO air coming out of the vent — the vent was now 100% blocked. Good thing I checked — it could have started a fire. Their own advertising materials point this out. I called the technician and he said he would come right back — he didn’t. I called again and he said he would be back the next day — he wasn’t. I called the company and he said he would have the technician call me — I told him not to DARE charge my credit card until the technician came back. After three days of no return calls — I went to Lowes — bought the exact same dryer vent cleaning kit the«technician» was using. It took all of 10 minutes with my cordless drill to clean out my vent — I broke the blockage and pulled a shop vac FULL of lint out of the vent pipe they had just«cleaned». They charged my credit card anyway — which I’m disputing. Their charge — $ 69. Vent cleaning kit at Lowes — $ 39 with great instructions and it takes all of 10 minutes. Don’t get ripped off.
