They have new hours and aren’t open Sunday. cant say that I tried them because they are closed. Going to a different place that is open

A very professional and chic barbershop in Glenwood Park. They encourage making an appointment over just walking in, but I was able to get an appointment immediately through their website. Clear and concise price board. My barber did and excellent job on my «old school» shave, and it was only $ 15+tip.

So this is the new addition to the 71 Barbershop family. The original (and still the best) shop is over in Buckhead, in the Lindbergh shopping plaza.
The new addition does NOT fail! It’s trendy, chic, classy, tony, posh, well appointed, in a fabulously great location. It has well trained and professional barbers, and wait for it– ACCEPTS DEBIT CARDS!!!
One thing about 71, any barber that is employed here is GOOD. Many are graduates of the shops’ barber college. If you are not good, you will be terminated. Quickly. This means that you can feel totally comfortable waking in and saying, «first available barber, please». Jordan did a really nice job with my cut.
As of this writing, no one in the shop does eyebrows. So, if you need that service, I’m not sure about what to tell you. Hopefully, someone will be brought in that can fill that service void.
The waiting area is small, and on the day that I had to run in for an emergency appointment (I had missed my regularly scheduled appointment), there were several people entering, and it was getting quite busy. I was wondering where everyone was going to sit.
P. S. This is a full service, professional establishment, catering to ALL types of hair– white, Black, blue, alien, whatever!
