One Price Dry Cleaning

I have gone here twice to get suits and shirts cleaned and pressed. Both times my clothes came back worse than they were when I dropped them off. I paid extra for a rush job, and when I inspected the job when they gave the suits back to me it was as if nothing had been done — the same stains and dirt marks were still there. When I asked about it, the attendant said that they weren’t clean because they didn’t have enough time — even though I paid extra for the rush job (2 days by the way — not like it was a 1 hour turn-​around). So, I didn’t get the cleaned suits that I needed, and my $ 50 dress shirt now has black marks on the chest that weren’t there when I dropped it off, and the press was horrendous — wrinkles all over the shirt, and no crease in the sleeves. The thing that really set me off is that the attendant did not tell me any of this — she just gave me the clothes and expected me to walk out. Had I not inspected the job right there, I would have had to make another return trip to ask for a refund. It is unbelievable to me that a business would treat their work and customers with such carelessness.
