Second time power pack went in the spa(it’s only 4 years old, 1st time it I had only had it for a year). I called the company the second time it happened and was told the warranty expired a week prior to my call. The manager I spoke with was initially nice and told me he would pick up half the price for the pack. A day later I receive a phone call from another employee stating that 4 years ago a part was not returned to them and they had to take a loss on the part and write it off and that they were charging me 300.00 dollars for it. After asking why in 4 years you did not contact me that you did not get the part and trying to investigate as to what happened, I was given no answer other then the manager was in hot water from accounting for giving me the discount in the first place. We agreed to add an additional 50.00 to the originally quoted price(still don’t know why I had to pay anything for something they wrote off and was sent back to them but was never notified they didn’t get it). When the day came for me to pay for the new part, they changed their tune and the power pack was now costing me the full price because again hey were adding the cost of the unreturned part. A bunch of liars, scammers and thieves. Customer service is horrible, technicians are even worse, can’t understand them with their mumbling. Four years ago had a different experience, dealt with a knowledgeable, honest manager who has since retired from the company. Found the part I needed half price and brand new from an online company. Stay away from anything manufactured by Dynasty spas, have had many problems with the spa over the years and trying to deal with them is a nightmare

This place has great spas but the service when you need something is the worst. I waited for 5 days before someone would call me back to take some of my money.
