909 Broad Street

I have had nothing but an excellent experience with the staff here at 909! They have been extremely accommodating as I took over someone else’s lease. There were a few mixups in the office regarding my rent payment, however when I went down to ask, the staff in the office was absolutely understanding and the mixups were totally fixed. So far, I love it here!

I currently live in the 909 Broad Apartments in Athens, and I am literally counting down the days until my lease is up. I will not do business with these people ever again. They bill themselves as a premium apartment complex, but they are far from it. Cutting corners in construction to keep costs down (paper thin walls), allotting an inadequate number of parking spaces (good luck finding one on your floor), and employing a management team that cares more about keeping the apartments full more than keeping the residents happy (the only person that cares if your neighbor’s subwoofer was rattling your bed last night is you) are just a few of the things I have noticed after moving in here just a couple of months ago. The only thing premium about these apartments is the price tag.
I really regret signing my lease. I wish I could get out of it, but they really lock you in tight. I know Perennial Properties (their parent company) has several other residential properties in the Atlanta area, and based on my experience here, I will be avoiding them at all costs.
