We started coming here when we got tired of the lack luster customer service and long lines at the big box stores. Rick is so helpful with product recommendations and tips. They keep my custom trim color on file so I don’t have keep the old paint can around. I have also called and placed an order over the phone and had them leave it outside in a box since I wouldn’t be able to pick it up before they closed. Now that is truly going the extra mile. I trust their judgement and love the brands that they offer. Saving 5 dollars off a gallon of paint isn’t worth it to me in the long run anymore for the reasons above! Support your local small business!

We have been working with owner Rick Terra for as long as we have been in business. The team at Terra Paints provides excellent customer service! It doesn’t matter the size of the project they go above and beyond to make sure every customer gets what they are looking for.

Great staff, always have everything I need. Also I love supporting local companies! I recommend this place to all my friends because not only is it better than all the other paint stores in quality and price but you get to support a family owned business!

After standing endlessly in line with my giant orange cart at the «big home improvement store», waiting for some help in the paint department, I came to my senses years ago and started going to Terra Paints. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. These guys are awesome. The owner Rick is very friendly and he KNOWS his paint! I felt silly asking for color advice, but I was at a loss. I described what I was looking for, but nothing looked right on my walls. He asked me about the room, and BAM. Chose the right color immediately. Mixed up a sample pint ($ 5) and there you go. I’ve used them for every project in my house since. They sell Benjamin Moore paint, so if you’re into Pinterest and Pottery Barn, this is the place for you. If you’re into customer service, this is the place for you.
