I’m honestly thankful and grateful to have a bank close to my house and I may not know how it is there but I’m sure they are doing the best they possibly can for everyone that walks into their building. They have helped me so many times I can’t even count. Very much appreciated of ALL their help.

I have done my banking here for the past decade. I always receive friendly and helpful service. I actually have no complaints at all. But, I did just close my account and I feel the reasons might be helpful. To receive free checking there is literally a checklist one must complete each month. Depending on which category you fall under with your finances you have to use your debit card a certain number of times and put a minimum dollar amount into your account each month among a list of other things. It was difficult to keep track of. For my personal situation there were 5 things for me to do. Your financial situation might change that number for you. There is nothing wrong with their system, it just didn’t work for mine.

I bank with Rabo because the PTA already had the account there & I am the current Treasurer. I was not happy with the account process, we need to change signers on our account and they are now saying that everyone has to come in at the same time, even though two of us are already on the account. We updated them last year & didn’t have to do this. I don’t think it makes sense & it is difficult for people to be available. They are not very helpful.

I’ve banked with this company for awhile. On rare occasions, I need to use some of the the services offered inside the lobby or on the phone… I dread going inside because the staff is so unfriendly. Don’t get me wrong, they will process deposits, dispense cash, and issue cashiers checks as needed… but the staff could be friendlier.
This hasn’t been my experience with all of their branches, just Atascadero. Whenever I walk inside, I ask myself why do I keep banking here? With so many choices… I think it’s time to shop around.
Also, the online banking is clunky, and outdated.
