New Today’s Dental

It was my first time here and I made sure to call and check if they took my insurance and they did.
Making an appointment was very quick and simple which I liked. Sometimes you can get some nasty, unhelpful people on the other end of the phone when calling medical or dental offices but it wasn’t the case here.
They gave me a reminder call I think the day before my appointment and also an hour before my appointment on the day of. The forms for first time patients were simple enough and the staff were pretty polite.
I had x-​rays taken and the dental assistant was very quick and quite friendly and cheerful! Good sign.
The doctor was very nice and polite. He was very thorough in cleaning your teeth and open to whatever concerns you have!
My bf got a cavity fixed on one of his molars and also a chip in his front tooth. I couldn’t even tell he had a chip anymore, the restoration blended really well. Same with his cavity. Awesome job!
Conclusion: The staff are nice and the doctor does great work and is efficient.

The staff members are very polite and friendly.
The doctor doesn’t speak that much but he is efficient and knows what he is doing. He goes over X-​ray with you and explains what needs to be performed. The office is small but it wasn’t crowded.
They accept DC37 plan as well.

They are very nice here. We were able to snag a 9am appointment for 2 people on a Saturday about a week before. They check to make sure insurance covers you. There were a couple of difficulties getting that done, but nothing too annoying.
They had us fill out a short form when we got there. They were very clear on what to do. We just wanted a basic evaluation and cleaning, since it had been many years since we had gone to a dentist. The staff were friendly and helpful. The dentist, Dr. Ahn, was extremely quick, efficient, and good at explaining what was going on with my teeth. The x-​rays were simple and fast as well.
They did a good job explaining how my insurance would work and what exactly I would have to pay for.

Horrible experience nobody shows any care. Not the people I’d want touching my teeth

Quick service. The dentist was trying to sell their orthodontist services rather heavily. I’m almost thirty, I’m fine with some gaps between my teeth. He had some interesting reasons like oh there will be a whooshing sound when you speak… no, I’m okay. LOL
