MMM...That’s a Wrap

Cajun chicken wrap is to die for!!! So is the chicken Caesar wrap. Smoothies are amazing. I live pretty far from them and the delivery is always so quick! One delivery driver in particular (USF boy) is so kind and always greets me with a smile! The staff behind the counter is also super attentive and understand the importance of excellent customer service. Love this place.

LOVE this place. I’m not a huge protein girl but their smoothies and wraps are to die for. My favorite wrap is El Burrito Loco, which is probably one of their most popular wraps and I love the Mango Mania smoothie! Staff is amazing, all the girls are so sweet and the manager is super friendly as well. Obsessed with their stuff, definitely recommend.

Came here a couple of times after the gym for a smoothie and food. I’ve gotten the Cobb salad which was okay, didn’t really have any taste. I’ve gotten a couple of their wraps and most of them have been really good. The wraps here are massive and I can never finish it. The El Burrito Loco wrap has tremendous taste but is really heavy on the stomach. My favorite wrap here is Cajun chicken wrap. They make great smoothies.

Not sure why this place has so many negative reviews, I am obsessed, obsessed, obsessed.
I order from That’s a Wrap at least once a week and am never disappointed. I usually order the chicken caesar wrap or the thai chicken wrap but I’ve also had the BBQ chicken wrap and the California wrap.
The wraps are HUGE with tons of options to customize them and add/​take away ingredients. I swear these wraps are big enough for 2 meals. They always taste super fresh and leave me feeling full and healthy, your arteries will thank you… whenever I’m feeling guilty about my recent eating habits I opt for That’s a Wrap. The chicken is perfectly seasoned and not dry and the proportions in the wraps are great, my favorite is the chicken caesar wrap with added tomatoes and avocado. mmmm perfect hangover cure.
Have also tried a lot of the smoothies, love the rocking razz one, super refreshing.
Delivery is always quick.
I just love That’s a Wrap and constantly find myself craving it!!!

Food is delicious and healthy at the same time. I always tip them since the food files up my stomach

Ordered a chicken quesadilla, got food poisoning and internal bleeding. They also swear that I’m lying.

Six months ago the food was way better than now.
Ordered the NEW steak burrito, I got RAW meat
Sent it back and got BURNT steak when it was suppose to be well done ar least not charcoal. It was uneatable !!!’ Disgusting! To top it off they forgot the sauce in the wrap. The only reason im giving two stars is because the juices are good. New employees and different cook, walked out dissapointed, save the trip and go somewhere else!!!

Ordered the Garlic & Herb California Wrap and then realized there was a $ 10 minimum for credit card so ordered a freshly squeezed juice — the Tart & Tangy (Pink Grapefruit, Carrots, Apple, and Orange Juice) — as well. Not a fan of those minimum credit card charges so took a star off for that
This apparently is a family owned business so I’m all about supporting those small businesses. It’s located right next to the gym so it’s hard to see the sign if you’re walking up from 30^th Ave.
Not sure why this place is rated not so great, but it’s a great place for takeout or sit-​in for a quick bite. I found my meal to be exactly as I wanted. The portions were huge so I was full after half my wrap (took the other half to go for dinner).
Probably will come back again to try something else

90% lettuce 10% tomatoes and chicken in my chicken salad wrap. I’m a guy that usually eats my food + other peoples’ leftovers when we go out. I couldn’t get past the first bite without throwing this garbage, into the garbage. It tasted like I was biting into a dry pile of lettuce… Ew
Ps. My girlfriend’s reaction to her wrap «awe man», her Thai chicken wrap went straight into the garbage as well. Although it had a good proportion of chicken to other ingredients, they seemed to forget about the Thai peanut sauce completely. Also like biting into a dry pile of ingredients… Yuk

This is an awesome spot for healthy, filling food. The wraps are tasty, the ingredients are fresh, and there are a ton of options to choose from!

awful awful awful awful. ordered a buffalo chicken wrap with an order of sweet potato fries. the hot sauce was not hot, it was sweet. the chicken was dry. the sweet potato fries were burnt to a crisp. first and last time I order from this place! what a waste.

My boyfriend and I ordered dinner from here last night. We wanted something delicious, substantial, yet — kinda healthy-​isn. We’ve both walked past this place many times and for some reason it’s just never called out to us (could be because there are so many other amazing spots around — it’s a competitive foodie neighborhood) but on Seamless when we looked over their menu, it just seamed like a great idea. Healthy. Wraps. Lots and lots of options. Kay. #TeamWraps #TeamOptions
The boy immediately glanced over their «El Buritto Loco» wrap and exclaimed that he was going with that. I was between the Pesto Chicken, the Cajun Chicken, secretly oogling the Buffalo Chicken (but ignored it since I know that Buffalo sauce goes against our pitiful attempt at not ordering anything artery busting) and a sizzling quesadilla… but surprise I too also went with the «El Burrito Loco» wrap because it just sounded so freakin’ great!
They described it as being jam packed with chicken and steak, brown rice, beans, hot sauce, sour cream, melted jack and cheddar cheese. He got his on a an herb wrap without any changes… I asked for mine on a garlic wrap with black beans instead of spicy beans, garlic sauce and extra cheese (go hard or go home, there’s brown rice so I can have extra cheese, lolzies). I also ordered mine deluxe so that we could share the french fries.
Delivery took a little longer than it prob should have considering how close we are to them, but freshness takes time and it was also kind of late so I’m not too disappointed with that. What I was disappointed with was how bland my wrap was. The chicken and steak really didn’t have much in the way of flavor or seasonings and the chicken at times was kind of chewy and weird…
The size of our wraps were pretty insane. This is easily 2 meals here — I had half for dinner yesterday and the other half today as a late breakfast. Both times I was stuffed without feeling as if I had overdone it — so that’s a plus. I couldn’t taste any garlic sauce or hot sauce though in my wrap. The cheese was melted and good… can’t go wrong with cheese, heh. The boy was content with it and said it tasted okay.
The french fries were surprisingly quite decent. They weren’t very oily and they really tasted like potatoes which is nice, but the texture could have been better. They were a bit soggy — maybe this was due to condensation in the styrofoam package they were delivered in. Eh. 3 stars for A-​Okay. I would try this place out again and just order a different kind of wrap.

Perfect place to go for an after gym healthy craving. Great value in the price. The «burrito loco» is delicious and the salads are a good portion (ask for extra dressing bc it small for the whole salad). When ordering take out you should call ahead because it does take a little time (it’s okay though since the food is fresh).
My negative experience with this place was when I ordered delivery. The total was $ 27 and I handed the young male $ 40. He gave me an attitude and asked if I «needed» change. He then gave me change for $ 30 instead of $ 40 and I had to ask him for the rest. Idk who he thinks he is or what he feels entitled too but I would get rid of that guy bc that kind bad experience can lure customers away.

This is the Last time I will be coming here. What happened? People working about a yr ago here were professional and actually cared for there job. First off who the hell tells a customer «whats up what do you want?» While on the phone. This is what the girl employee said to the customer next to me.
Umm… its hi, how can I help you?
Oh and my drink was ready and I’m there waiting till she finishes yelling across the counter to her co worker and still doesn’t charge me. I really should have walked out without paying. So upsetting.

I am beyond disappointed. I ordered after reading such positive reviews, granted none of them on the Turkey Burger Panini. First of all. I thought the patty would be made with actual ground turkey, not some morningstar/​boca burger that I also happen to have in my fridge. Smoked mozzarella is apparently equivalent to very little mozz. Lettuce in a panini is gross but that was my wrongdoing since I knew that.
Def didn’t taste like an $ 8 sandwich.

If it weren’t for grub hub, I wouldn’t know this place existed. Seriously. I drive and walk on 30^th avenue everyday… how the fudge did I miss this place!!!
Delivery was fast and the person doing the delivery was very nice and professional. Never had a delivery man so pleasant!
The food… OMG! Where do begin? I ordered the tomato and mozzarella panini… im not a fan of pesto at all but this sandwich was damn good! Half of it filled me and they didnt skimp on tomato or cheese like other places do. Their bread was pressed perfectly and fresh! I also ordered a mango/​papaya smoothie and its one of the best smoothies I have had in Astoria. Normally I would get my smoothies from Create but this place is many steps higher in quality and taste.

Had to get wrap once more before I move out of ny. Thank god I’ll be back in three months to get more! Love the girls who work here and the owners :)

The delivery comes so fast. So fast.
I’ve ordered a few times, and the food has been fresh and exactly as expected. Portions are great for the price.

Perfect place to grab and go when you’re on the run.
The food is delicious and quick. The way they make their food is quite inventive as well.
It is definitely one of the more healthy and delicious options in the neighborhood. I had the thai chicken wrap in a plate on top of rice and chicken was cooked just right and seasoned perfectly. The portions are really good too for when you’re extra hungry.
It is a great place as it’s located right next to Ny sports club. I understand that they have shakes and oatmeal drinks as options for workout freaks, although maybe not the oreo oatmeal.
