My family met with Mr. Leunes to get some advice about a 6 family house we own in Astoria. He was extremely personable, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and offered to answer anything else we had in the future. I would highly recommend him.

I met with him to discussing becoming my real estate lawyer. Not only was he very personable and friendly, but he knows his stuff (especially if you are purchasing in the astoria and the surrounding areas in queens). He walked me through all the steps and really took the time to explain things to me. Additionally, he was able to immediately advise me about the property I was thinking about purchasing (most lawyers can’t do that). He is very experienced and has a relationship with many other real estate lawyers, real estate agents, sellers, buyers, condos, coop board, etc. Buying in NYC is an insanely stressful process, and I am happy I found a great lawyer who can support me as well as advocate for me.

i have never used steve, but i have several friends that have and they all told me the same thing about him. hes the best lawyer they ever used as far as being no nonsense, no bull, right to the point. he amswers his calls, doesnt leave you hanging, will even get back to you on a weekend, if he receives your calls. hes an excellent attorney
