Facial with Laura is a very good investment. Worth the money! Affordable with quality, my favorite part is her massage while the mask works over my face. Should try it.

I am a regular here for facials, waxing, eyelashes, and blowouts. Also, I just got the keratin treatment here for $ 90 and love it!
First off, you can’t beat these prices. I’ve always got top quality service for unbelievably cheap! Best service and price in Astoria area (and I’ve tried just about every place that’s similar in the area).
Laura, the esthetician, does my facial with microdermabrasion every month. When I leave, my skin is glowing and feels so clean. She also tints and waxes my brows. She makes them thee perfect shape for my face every time. It seems like she puts great care into her treatments and you can really tell that she loves what she does. It always a pleasure to receive any treatment from her.
Maiden does my blowouts regularly. She’s great! I have super curly, hard-​to-​manage hair but she makes it straight and smooth with ease and fast! Probably the fastest blowouts I’ve ever gotten AND it lasts for days! She did a keratin treatment last week (did I mention it was only $ 90!!!) And I love, love, love it! It’s so soft and shiny. My blowouts are even faster now!
I am a super happy client of Cartagena Beauty Salon! I’m sad to see the bad reviews. I only speak English and have never had a problem communicating with any of the staff and always get exactly what I want served with a smile and professionalism! It’s not a fancy place but not sure why that matters when I always walk out of there looking my best! If it were fancy, I doubt they would have such great prices.

Don’t waste your time. This is NYC, there are plenty of other options out there. Unprofessional, rude, disgusting. STAY AWAY! Seriously. Stay away.

wanna know how you should NEVER go somewhere for service? you call for an appt and some info and guess what … the person doesnt speak your language and instead of transfering you THEY HANG UP ON YOU.
