Ill informed and rude staff who don’t deliver what was promised. They ignore phone calls and leave you on hold depending on their mood and appear to set as many appointments as they can to fill their pockets instead of caring about the children they are seeing. This is my first time, and it may have gotten better on the next visit, but this will also be my last.

Stay away from Dr Yael Robson.!! She misdiagnosed my daughter saying she had some type of virus and to wait a couple days. Meanwhile her temperature went to 103 we brought her back only to be told you are here a again then she realized she had a chest infection. I know someone who was told they had a virus waited for days and there child was dead in the bed !! Stay Away from her!

ASTORIA, NY
Dr. Mike and Dr. Chris are wonderful caring and experts at their practice. They are extremely patient and understanding and informative. My daughter is 14yrs old and she adores Dr. Mike and all the staff at Astoria Pediatrics. My son is 2 so he’s not there YET! he’ll love them later :-) !
