I am a very very dissatisfied Endless Pool customer they do NOT stand behind there product. I have had so many manufacturer problems I have not been able to use it for 6 months and its not even a year and half old. Pump problems, power board problems, cover problems you name it. I am so unhappy with their product and customer care it is pathetic, Now they won’t even call me back. PS save yourself the heartache and the ridiculous cost!!!

Terrible Terrible customer service! Deceptive business practices. I purchased an extremely large pool for my physical therapy center and have had nothing but lies and deceit by the service. Do not buy a pool from them

After 20 years of watching the commercials, dreaming of «some day», we purchased our Endless Pool last May and could not be happier. We bought the 54″ depth in the largest dimensions available to maximize the water space to accommodate both water aerobics, swimming or just playing. We used Endless Pool’s factory trained installers and they were wonderful to work with, and went far above and beyond what was expected. The pool is very easy to maintain and we use it all the time. We researched different types of pools for 3 yrs and visited the PA showroom for comparison purposes with other types of pools. The answers to our questions led us to choose a typically-chlorinated 10×15 endless pool, which trained installer installed partially in-ground & outdoors in 2015 at our Raleigh NC home. We added a gas heater, heat our pool to 82* & use it throughout winter. Electric cover, treadmill, & liner perform as advertised. We enjoy the pool & recommend it without reservation.

I am so sorry I bought this pool. The problems started from jump with installers that are private contractors and have no standards for charges and ethics. It doesn’t hold up well. Already it has cost me a thousand dollars for maintenance and repairs. The vinyl liner doesn’t hold up. The pool cover didn’t hold up. Each time I look at this pool I regret the purchase. Now it won’t hold water. My pool repairman has to call customer support to troubleshoot. Of course, I cannot hire the installer because he has the ethics of a serpent. I bought a motor I needed($ 611) and a week later they announced a sale on those parts. When I called to say I would’ve waited a week if they had told me when I called to place the order they told me that they will send me a free filter rather than just give me the discount. So disappointed. Go to a local pool and spa store that carries similar products. You will be happier.
