Rude and slow.
Just try renting or returning a car. The portly gentleman behind the counter really doesnt like his conversation interrupted as he loudly talks on his mobile with someone in spanish, all while yelling «Drop Your Key» or «No Receipt» to every passing customer trying to rent or return a car.
Even more comical is how he gives customers the death stare when they try to get him to do his job, some were even bold enough to pose a quick question of him, like «Where is the Avis Lot?» but for the fact that you stood there wasting a ton of time while he ‘multi-​tasks’ his personal life.
I won’t be renting from them in future if I can help it.
