I cannot say enough how wonderful Chris was, when my van would not start in a Target parking lot, at night. Without prompting from me, he was poking around the engine to see what was wrong. He even climbed under the van. He determined that it was the starter, and I believe he was right!
Chris didn’t want me to have to wait for my ride in the area we were going to tow the van to that night, so he agreed to come back out the next morning, at no charge! He really was helping me out, because my ride was going to be over an hour, and it was a high crime part of town.
Chris really looked after me, and went above and beyond customer service. I cannot recommend this company enough!

They are now called I’m Broke Down. They have wonderful, courteous, and prompt service. My care broke down with a flat tire. I had my little kids with me in the car. I googled Fletcher’s Towing and called them. Paul Fletcher (the owner) told me he could have a truck out to me in 12 minutes… I watched the clock, it really did only take 12 minutes! Fletcher’s Towing (now called I’m Broke Down) is incredible. They are polite, prompt, and courteous. They know how to take care of you when you are in a bad situation.
