I was very unimpressed with the service, and outraged by how much I was charged. I originally thought it would be a good idea to keep it local support an Ashland business, but it took them 3 days, and cost me almost 700 dollars to replace a fried hard drive. On top of that when I asked the secretary about the cost, why it was costing me 2⁄3 the price of my computer to simply put in a new hard drive (which I know how to do), she got extremly defensive and eventually began screaming at me.
In the end, I payed for my new hard drive, and left. 2 months later my new hard drive fried again, meaning all that extra cost of the diagnosis was worthless and they didn’t do a thing. I went to conncrting point in Medford the next day explained what ha happened and on the spot they told me what it probably was (a motherboard issue) for free, and I went home and ordered and installed a new one myself.

We have had Dr Networking do work for our business several times. They are very knowledgeable in what they do and the service technician that came to our location was very helpful and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone. If you are looking for speedy response and good quality work I would recommend that you call Dr. Networking.
