Cute, yummy little café. Food was great! I had the Reuben, husband had the cheese steak, children had hot dogs. All were good, but hands down the 2 best things were the hand cut French fries and the sweet potato cheesecake. The fries were cut really thin, so they were really crispy. There’s no way to describe the cheesecake, except to say that it was layers of deliciousness.
Star taken away due to 1) service. When we arrived, there was 1 person working, so they were cooking and waiting tables. Took a really long time for drinks and orders to be taken. 2) Price — Unilocal really needs to move them to $$. It was $ 50 for a lunch for a family of 4 with drinks and 1 dessert shared between the 4 of us.

The food was excellent! I had the Cuban Sandwich and my wife had the Ham and Cheese Panini. We had no side dishes and found the portions were just perfect.

They are now called «Cassinelli’s», according to their menu. Great, small-​town atmosphere (ideal, since it’s in a really small town). Good variety of choices, all made to order. The Veggie Wrap is one of my favorites, as well as the Grilled Chicken sandwich. While I’m not a fan of Muffalettas, I’ve heard from other people that they are really good here. They also cater and have curbside delivery.

Ate there today and had a Cuban sandwich and a sweet tea. Very good sandwich. Neat place. The place is now called Castenellis. I will be back.

Portland, ME
This place rocks! Owners-​operated, very warm, interesting and varied menu, and the best atmosphere (and food) in town. Across from the court house steps, middle of the square, this presents by far the most varied, tasty, friendly and effusive eats in town. Visit! This, from a guy who stumbled into this town. It’s clear that the folks who run this place know what they’re doing!
