Outstanding, Personalized Service
The Storage Center facility at 127 Sweeten Creek Road in Asheville has far and away provided me with the best storage experience I have had anywhere in the country. Resident Manager Janna Hart in particular as well as her associate Ashley Hewitt have been the principal reasons that my experience at this facility has been so good.
In my experience with storage centers elsewhere in the country, I commonly have found them to be staffed by managers and employees who are largely indifferent to customers and whose principal function is to accept payments rather than to help people find storage solutions to meet their needs.
From the first time I telephoned the Storage Center at 127 Sweeten Creek Road in Asheville and spoke with resident manager Janna Hart, it was clear that I was dealing with a personable, professional and highly competent person who had a definite interest in meeting my storage needs while at the same time building a long-​term customer relationship.
Explaining my need for an enclosed storage space to accommodate my antique car, in a very timely manner Jenna actively worked to provide me with a suitably sized storage unit at a very fair price.
When later the unit I had rented was determined to be unusable and was demolished, she quickly and efficiently found me an alternative unit at another Storage Center location nearby at 3909 Sweeten Creek Road. In exploring that facility, I had the pleasure of speaking with resident manager Kim Patterson who had identified not one, but two potential enclosed storage units for my needs.
Ultimately, with the prompt and focused efforts of Jenna Hart’s associate Ashley Hewitt it was feasible for me to continue to rent an enclosed unit at the 127 Sweeten Creek Road facility.
Based on the personal efforts of Janna Hart and Ashley Hewitt, I am pleased to say that I am very comfortable with the Storage Center at 127 Sweeten Creek Road as my storage location of choice and would highly recommend their services to anyone with a storage related need.
