Note that this review is a year following the one star review that almost kept me from checking out this place. I’m glad that it isn’t actually a 1-star establishment. In town for Moogfest, I had a lot of common questions that people from the San Francisco Bay Area might have about concert going in the Bible Belt, and the sales rep, Gary, was incredible helpful in not only understanding local climate and enforcement, but also about the grand selection of glassware that filled the store. They were also running a 40% off glassware sale(!!!), so I also grabbed something for my carry-on on the way back. Gary was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in getting sorted out for my short vacation. I’d recommend the shop without reservations.

Terrible customer service. My husband and I had looked all over town for a Cloud vaporizer. I decided to stop by Smoke Rings after work on Friday to see if they had it. They did, I bought it and didn’t get a receipt. When we took it home, it was DOA. It was after 10pm and I called the shop, but they were closed. We went at 1pm the next day to return it and the store was closed. The guy running the shop rolled up with Bojangles and opened the store. We explained the situation and he immediately started blaming us. He said«This doesn’t add up…» and continued acting suspicious as if we’d bought it weeks ago and broken it ourselves. He offered us a discount on something else, as if we’d buy anything from a store that sold us a broken item and didn’t offer any help. He became aggressive towards us as we left. I would honestly stand outside of that place and pay people to not go there, that’s how bad the service was. We wound up getting great customer service from the manufacturer and they are replacing the broken item, no questions asked.
