Pizza Hut

Tonight at a little after 6 pm I ordered online. The website said it should be here in 36 minutes. 30 minutes later the driver called and said he went to the wrong location. I live in Arden and he went to the same address but in Asheville. He arrived 30 minutes after that.
Of course our pizza was cold. We tried to catch the driver but he was gone. We felt it was worth calling to let the manager/​store know. The «manager» answered the phone and we told him the above. We were met with him telling us it is our fault. That we entered the wrong address in. He then said the website is through a third party and we need to take it up with them. He used the term «garbage in garbage out» which is a fancy way of saying I entered it in wrong. He was rude and unapologetic.
After all of this when we told him we would be complaining, now more about the fact that he was horrible than the cold pizza, he said «well we can remake it if that’s what you want?»
NO THANK YOU! I will never go to this place again!!! He shouldn’t be a manager of anything.

Pretty consistent problems from this location. Whether it is cold food arriving, items missing from your order or the order being extremely late. Definitely avoid ordering from this location and pick up at the Hendersonville Road store instead

Super friendly staff when we called! Knew right where our hotel was at and food came fast! Perfect for a dinner after a long day on the road

Just got an order from here. One thing I love is how nice everyone was! The driver was especially kind and I’m glad to have good service. It helps bring me back anywhere. Everything was cooked well per usual pizza hut, I was able to get a good deal thanks to ordering online, which is a great way to order pizza. I feel it cuts out any confusion that ordering over the phone may have. It’s my first order from this pizza hut and it was good!

This was an online order for delivery — around 10:45 pm. The pizza and wings arrived on-​time and the driver was polite. I actually called this location after placing my order online to make a change. The employee was courteous in deferring to his manager, who took the time to make my order right. That kind of customer service goes a long way with me.

The pizza was perfectly done. The wings were yummy and not as «burnin’ hot» as I thought they might be. They were good-​n-​hot.
