Justin M. Teel helped me with buying my mattress today and was a wonderful salesman and gave me everything I need in a mattress. Great store and great prices.

It was towards the end of a rather long day of various disappointments, you see we are in need of a bed by THIS weekend, the weekend prior to Christmas. We are new to the area and had been to roughly 5 other stores in search of a bed. Nobody could deliver (literally, at least not within our time constraints anyway). We almost didn’t stop by Mattress Firm but I am ever so glad we did. My mother-​in-​law and I had the pleasure of dealing with Alex, I believe she is the store manager. Alex was friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. She listened to all that we were searching for and did her best to accommodate us however she could and my mother-​in-​law found the perfect bed with a weekend delivery date! Although I was just along for the ride, i really did have an enjoyable experience at Mattress Firm as a result of Alex’s professionalism and kind and courteous customer service.
P.S — I also learned more than I wanted to about why you need a mattress protector!

Very attentive, knowledgeable service. Our sales person was Brandon Hicks– a non pressure professional, gracious, helpful and knew his products. The service was terrific, we got a very good price on the mattress we were looking for. He even escorted me and my husband to the door on our way out.
Another feature that impressed me was the arrangement they have for delivery. There is a charge of 75 $ but they will reduce it to 50 $ for a donation of your choice to a Cancer Foundation set up by the founder of the company.
I liked that. A lot.
Overall this was a very positive shopping experience and I’d go back again if I need another mattress.
