Philly cheesesteak was delicious — the bread was really soft so it didn’t get in the way of the meet and cheese, which is a big deal on a cheesesteak sandwich. The people were super nice too.

Recently stopped by for an Italian sub, the sandwich was «sloppy», not a true deli sandwich as I’ve had at other private delis. More lettuce than meat, almost the same as a Subway sandwich. So if you like Subway, then you will like this place. Clean inside, but I wish I had gone to Panera instead. I had a bag of chips and I must say the bag had plenty of chips inside. Two stars but I give it an extra star for the generous amount of chips.

Best sub shop around! Every time I go to Ashville I have to stop and get a sub. The steak and cheese is the best. They are a little over priced but very good food. I would recommend this place to anyone in the Ashville area that likes subs. The owner is very friendly and will keep you coming back.

In my opinion, Lenny’s is the best local sub shop for the lunch crowd. This franchise is family owned and the family are there everyday running the show. They epitomize the term customer service. The entire staff are super friendly, orders are very accurate, and the line, which can go out the door, moves at incredible speed. If you’re a regular you can pick up the Lenny’s Reward card that lets you grab a free Sammy after 10 previous purchases and Lenny’s is always sending out other special offers via email that really help out.

Well it wasn’t disgusting. Unfortunately they cut my sandwich with a knife that had mustard on it and it got mustard all up in my sammy. No offense mustard but I’m just not a fan. I might give it another try if I’m in the area and can be assured that whoever is making said sandwich can guarantee that rogue condiments don’t make their way onto my lunch.

Not only do these guys give out free cookies on Fridays, the subs are of gargantuan proportions! I split a «heroic» size with the hubby, and it was more than enough for 2 meals for both of us. They had an ample amount of meat on the sub, and accommodated our request for a few toppings on the side without complaint and perfectly! I was so happy to see the individual containers of the toppings in our to-​go bag. My only quibble was that I did find the sub to be a bit dry, and I wished they had put just a bit more of the condiments on the bread. However, I recognize this is personal preference and I would just make a note to ask for extra next time. The staff was super friendly and the service was quick. I would fully recommend these guys and especially enjoyed picking up the subs to enjoy on the lawn at the Biltmore!

We have driven past here many times and finally had the occasion to stop by. The subs, while a little more expensive than you might be used to, are well worth it. The meat is deli sliced on the spot, and the hot subs are grilled to order. You get a ton of food on the sandwich, so the value is there.
What sets this one apart is the service. If the guy that served us isn’t the manager, then he should be. Both people behind the counter were incredibly friendly. We will absolutely be back.

Spent this Saturday in Asheville and when we got hungry for lunch we headed straight to Lenny’s.
Not only are the subs here first rate, but the service is very friendly. When we were getting ready to leave, one of the owners ask us if everything was ok, then thanked us for our business.
With food and service like that, anytime we’re are in Asheville, I know where we will be going for lunch!

The subs are huge and delicious. You won’t need chips or any other side. Also, the folks working here are very friendly and efficient at making subs. They always get my order exactly right and have it out in under a few minutes.
Lastly, I really enjoy following @LennysSubs on twitter. The guy (might be a girl; jury’s still out) who runs it is very nice and frequently replies when I tweet to them.
