Great selection, super service. I’ve found every employee in the store to be very knowledgable and helpful.

This store is disorganized and the management is not professional. I paid for shoes in store but had to order online since they didn’t have my size. A week passed and I called to get an update on shipping and was told shoes hadn’t been ordered. The sales associate asked me what I ordered and where it was supposed to ship to. Then was told I couldn’t get a refund with my receipt until the Manager called me. The Manager didn’t call me back by the time promised so I had to dispute my charge. I obviously wasn’t important and they didn’t value my business. Manager emailed me but never apologized about the situation even after I brought to his attention there had been no apology. I would beware of buying online when in the store. I definitely won’t be recommending fleet feet to anyone.

Having been a patron of Fleet Feet Chicago for many years, I was delighted to find the same, no nonsense customer service in Asheville. Run competitively, run for fun, or just put one foot in front of the other… all are welcome and greeted like they belong.

Mark is so knowledgeable and nice. He was great to work with. I honestly felt as if we had stayed all day, he still would have continued to help us. He knows exactly what the best shoe is for each person. My husband and I could not have been more pleased. We have already recommended Fleet Feet to several people. We even sent our son the very next day! Best athletic show buying experience… ever!
