I love this place!!! The staff is so friendly and fast with total service first attitude. I’ve been several times and they are consistent in the quality of food and service. Everything is clean and neat always. I have turned on my friends and they also are pleased. I lost my ticket so this is a freebie Firehouse just because I love you!!!

Usually come here for lunch bc of location for my work but after today will not be back. Asked me what I wanted on my sandwich and reviewed it again what I wanted/didn’t want and then sandwich came with items I said I couldn’t have, told them it was to go and they gave me a basket for instore and when I told him it was to go, the guy grabbed my basket back and let out a sigh as if I was inconviencing him and So I just followed him back to wrap it up and didn’t even look at me, made some kid wrapit up and he just plopped it on the counter (without looking at me or even saying its to go) I had to ask «is this my order?» and my name to get myfood. Horrible service this time around.

Completely decent. Best words I can use to describe this place. Or maybe so mediocre it hurts.
Monster subs, monster prices. $ 10 for what they call a medium? That’s a lot for a fast food style sandwich shop, and that’s just the sandwich without chips or drink.
I don’t envision myself necessarily returning to this establishment. It was overpriced and only decent.

Decent sub but don’t bother trying to call something in to save time. I was put on hold as I left work and twelve minutes later as I pulled into their parking lot, I was still on hold listening to the staff talk while periodically taking orders. The person who picked up had not bothered to tell the register girl that someone was on hold. Thanks for wasting a chunk of my lunch break Fire House…

The manager there tonight was really helpful and professional. I didn’t get his name but my sub was made wrong so he took matters in his own hands and totally fix the situation. happy customer will be returning

Pretty good subs… communication could use some work. I sat in there for 10 minutes before I got up and asked if my «to go» order was ready. It had been sitting on the counter for a while come to find out. I mean, they ask for your name… while not call it out when your order is ready?!

This review is for Firehouse Subs on Patton Ave., W. Asheville. I’m from Pennsylvania and have had great cheese steaks and italian hoagies. Today was the first time I’ve ever eaten at Firehouse Subs and believe me when I tell you it was AWFUL! We won’t go back.
