With so many other options in Asheville I don’t know why my family and I ended up here but we did. The service was good but the food is your typical blah over priced. The cooks don’t know the difference between a steak cooked rare and medium rare. For that matter neither does management as he defended the cold deep red center on my plate as what they call medium rare. The salad was boring the soup put my daughter to sleep and my wife’s chicken on her salad had the texture of a dry eraser. For the same price we could have enjoyed a much better local restaurant and next time we certainly will.

Even after a visit here, I’m still in search of the best philly in the AVL.
«Mall food» — so it’s also mall pricey for what you get. With a small philly & a fries/​drink combo it turned out to be about $ 8 per person. Skip the cheese/​bacon-​dressed fries, they’re covered in sodium-​thick, ballpark nacho-​type cheesy goo.
Staff is friendly and fast, although not fully English functional.
