Cancer Care of WNC PA

This is a hard review to be objective on; however, I’ll be as objective as I can.
This office is huge, but it’s owned by Mission. It’s run like the hospital and not like a doctor’s office. They have appointments down to a science. Some doctors are more knowledgeable than others. Some doctors are more compassionate than others. All of the nurses are kind.
The lab is in the office and very efficient. All of the lab work is run by Mission and they have the results pretty quickly.
The appointment schedulers are okay. I think they just see so many people in a day, they can forget how emotional it is for the patient.
There are positives and negatives to this office, but what has kept me as a patient, are the credentials of the doctors. These are licensed, board certified oncologists. There are other offices in the area that have only MDs. In the end, I need the person who knows the most and makes the best decisions. Emotional support comes from my family.

I feel like you are just a number here.
They just take your co-​pay, and push you out the door!
