Big Lots

I went to big lots to get a couch and love seat for my new place and since I have moved from out of state I had trouble with my transaction due to my bank. Ken helped me and provided excellent customer service and was funny and kind he made what could’ve been very embarrassing much better. I’m excited to get my furniture home, I would recommend this store if you need furniture and a helpful sales person.

We recently move to NC from AK and had absolutely no furniture so being familiar with big lots we decided to check out their mattresses when we got there they were having a friends and family sale were the whole store was 20% off which worked out in our favor since we had to buy three beds.
Shaun helped us out and gave us some very valuable information on the mattresses so we bought one bed. We left and decided that we wanted another one as well that he spoke about while there. I called them up and talked to Ron or Jon he placed it on hold for me since it was the last one they had in stock and we swung by and picked it up. He had it ready to load when we got there. While there our daughter decided she wanted one as well so we left with three beds. So glad we didn’t have to go around to several different stores to locate them.
