Andy’s Pack and Post

I called at noon on Saturday to see if I could ship something right before 2 pm and that it would go out the same day. The woman on the phone said yes. So I got there at 1:45 and the place was closed. I waited in the parking lot for a few minutes to see if they would be back and sure enough a man did come back at 1:58 pm. He rushed past me and I stopped him to ask if he could ship my two items, already in their Priority Mail packaging. He said they wouldn’t go out until Monday, even if he could ship them. I said that a woman told me that they would go out today if I got them there by 2. He said, «That was my mother and she was wrong.» And he kept moving past and was locking the door behind me. I said, «Do you think you might tell her that she was wrong?» He went on inside and gave me a dirty look. I could have made it to the Post Office by 1:00 but it was more convenient to mail my eBay sales at 2:00. Now I have not held to my promise of a 3 day turn around. This guy was a total jerk and had no apologies for his mother giving me the wrong information.
