The sign up process was easy. The workout concept is great. The cancellation process due to a long distance move was not. Sent emails and texts. Called the local location and left message. Sent letter to local location. Still continue to get calls with no response to my correspondence.

I like the fact that the work out is only 30-​minutes, but it still gets your heart rate up and it makes you sweat. The work out is different every time I go, so I don’t get board. I just started, but so far all the staff I have encountered have been very helpful and supportive.
