The Fields of Ashburn is the best community I have lived in sense I starting leasing apartments. The Leasing Manager Theresa T. Parker, Assistant Leasing Manager Lisa, and the maintenance crew are all professional as well as friendly. They contributed time and effort to assist my family.
I was extremely surprised to know that during this blizzard Theresa and her maintenance crew stayed on site for three days to make sure her community was taken care of. BIG KUDOS POINTS from Me! And, to top it off she had shovels for the community to borrow and plowed the roads timely fashion.
Theresa T. Parker is world class and the last of genuine customer service! If happen to be one of the lucky few to get a place here while she manages this community, you will not be disappointing…

Teresa Payton is a wonderful property manager. Even though we were not able to find an apartment within the community she serves, she helped us find an apartment elsewhere. She is truly a blessing.

This place is awesome. Great price, office staff is amazing and will help you with anything. Maintenance is professional, responds quick, and leaves your house as they came. Neighbors are friendly, great place for kids. We found a place We truly love being in!
