Came here with my cousin because we were craving crepes. Super cute and clean place, with yummy bingsoo and a friendly vibe. Pluses: — Social owner who struck up some convo before we ordered — Good bingsoo that wasn’t too heavy — Lots of different flavor choices — We ordered a nutella strawberry crêpe, so naturally anything with nutella in it is always a major plus Minuses: — Not really anything

solid place, but wish they would allow more flexibility and variety with their topping choices.

Ordered the green tea bingsoo and the strawberry mango. So yummy! It’s a huge portion so it’s good for sharing. They recently got rid of the froyo machines which made my toddler sad. She enjoyed the bingsoo though. We want to go back and try the other flavors.

Ohhhh my goodness stopped after Floating around the corner at Om Float for a dessert. The Bing soo is amazing! We had the coffee/chocolate w nuts and crispy flakes sooooo enjoyable !!! It was huge definitely can be shared. We also explored a bubble tea — very refreshing. My second time and the customer service is top notched!!! Friendly, informative and really assisting in learning about their products! I may never get to an Asian country but here I can experience the sweetness of the culture and really feel it is such a treat!!!

The best Bing Soo I have had! The shaved ice is so creamy it melts in your mouth. One of my favorites is the green tea bing soo. The are very generous with the serving between the matcha green tea covering the shaved ice and the sweet bean, it was absolutely delicious! You will not be disappointed. My husband loves their salted caramel banana crepes!

The Bing Soo is amazing but I regularly come here for their boba(bubble tea). I’ve had a hard time finding a good bubble tea place in the ashburn/leesburg area, but this place is consistently good. I typically get their ice green tea with a flavor added and with tapioca balls which is delicious! Their teas are made fresh and the tapioca balls are cooked correctly. You’d be surprised how many stores can screw up making tapioca balls. I like that they let you customize your boba to your liking, which is a rare find in this area. Also, after my most recent visit last week, I found they no longer sell froyo. Not a bad thing considering there are so many froyo shops in the area.

Great place for satisfying your«bingsoo» craving, especially in Loudoun County. I was curious as to what would be served at Sul Bing so I came here with my dad. He thought it would just be froyo, so we were surprised when I saw that they had a bingsoo-type dessert on the menu. Good thing too because this is our go-to dessert place now. We usually get the mango and strawberry«ice bowl»(I forget what they call it), which is perfect for sharing. There’s plenty of fruit and it has the right amount of condensed milk. The price is decent, the staff are great. I would like to try the matcha and maybe red bean bowls, but I’ll save that for another day.

SulBing uses milk-based ice which there are only one other place in northern VA. After I had Bingsoo here though, I had no symptoms of diarrhea(I apologize) the other place did, and I never went back. Offering sweet & cute dessert and atmosphere is one thing, but food safety is more important to me as a customer than anything else. I was impressed with the flavor, friendly staff, and cleanliness of the place. We drove all the way to Ashburn to check it out and were very satisfied.

One of the best places for dessert! Customer service is exceptional wonderful with a friendly and accommodating staff. If you never tried Sulbing before it is basically a Korean shaved ice dessert made of milk with different toppings and flavors. The atmosphere is welcoming with the bright colors, unique lighting, and Nutella galore behind their counter. The menu was easy to read with the pictures grabbing my attention the most. They offer other desserts too such as sweet crepes, and bubble tea. For entertainment there is a TV and even iPads. I enjoyed watching Pokemon while eating my delicious dessert. We ordered #9 Granola Caramel, Coffee or Choco, which consisted of granola, cornflakes, crunchy sweetened almonds, Nutella, caramel, sweet milk, and I decided to top it off with a scoop of coffee ice cream. Alternatively you can choose Caramel or Chocolate for your ice cream. One order is large enough to share. Come on an empty stomach or have your dessert first before your meal. As you dig in the Sul Bing resembles coconut, but it taste like you are eating sweet freshly fallen snowflakes. Definitely a light and delicate dessert. It is served in a cute bowl on a tray ready to be devoured. As you keep going further and devour the shaved ice there is a layer of more toppings within so the bottom can enjoy all the flavors too! I will absolutely be returning and I will have to try all the Sul Bing flavors! Green Tea Sweet Bean is next on my list!

I love bingsoo, so when I found out there was a place near my house I got super excited. When I first walked in I noticed iPads set up so you can play games. Love it! The customer service was great. The guy really knew every single menu item. I can be pretty indecisive sometimes, but he was patient and helped me out. I got the Green Tea bingsoo and I was not disappointed. They don’t use regular ice, they use milk ice? I’ve never tried it before but I love it! The bingsoo didn’t get all watery which I love. I also tried out one of their chicken Kathi Roll. It was pretty good! I wish I got more for my money, but the flavors were great. The crêpe on the outside was crispy and the green cilantro sauce, spicy sauce, and chicken all went well together. I definitely look forward to going back again soon.

This place is so amazing. I’m so glad I randomly googled frozen yogurt places near my home and came across this heavenly little café. Everything from the Bingsoo to the rolls to the crepes is SODELICIOUS. The manager is extremely attentive and really helpful too. I almost love this place so much I don’t want too many people knowing about it, so it doesn’t ever get super crowded lol. Love it!

I’ve never had Bing Soo(Korean shaved snowflake dessert) so I can’t tell if their version is just like what you can get in Seoul, but I loved it. I got a Bing Soo with strawberries and with sweet milk and it was delicious. Very light and refreshing compared to ice cream. The strawberries were in a sweet syrup that accentuated the flavor of the strawberries instead of just tasting like pure sugar and the portions are huge! The establishment was clean and they had some ipads with games to play on while you wait. Service was great with patience, politeness, and with a smile. They also have frozen yogurt with toppings bar and crepes if Bing Soo is not your thing. I really loved it and see myself returning very soon!

I was very excited to discover that a local place, about 5.5 miles from my house, has bubble tea. So I am here now. Wow, it’s quite possibly the worst bubble tea I’ve ever had. He used what looked like real black tea(brewed), instead of just water and powder. He, then used half and half and that’s when I knew it was going down hill from there. Then he used some kind of sweetener. I couldn’t quite see so I asked. He was at a lost for words because they just call it «simple syrup», and he said he thinks it’s just high fructose corn syrup. I sipped it and yeah, tastes nothing like what milk tea bubble tea should be. Even the powdered versions would be better than this. The tapioca was the worst I’ve ever had. It was soft and mushy, which means it has been sitting there in water(or syrup) for a while. It’s safe to say I will not be back for their bubble tea. I’d rather drive 5x the distance to get bubble tea at Kung Fu Tea in Annandale(I had to wait 30 minutes in line before I got my drink over the wknd). I’d even rather get the frozen version at the various Korean bakeries that are 3x the distance, like Jireh or Shilla in Centreville. Service was nice but yeah, I’m throwing out my Sulbing bubble tea. Horrible. It cost $ 4.49 so it wasn’t cheap either. I will come back to try their crepes and snow desserts since the Unilocal reviews say those are awesome.

This place is amazing for service, seriously. Sul Bing is a cute little café in a strip mall in Ashburn. It’s new, reasonably clean, and pretty cute. Prices are pretty decent once you realize the overwhelming size of the bing soo they sell. The green tea bing soo here was absolutely awesome. It was HUGE and served in a large frozen bowl, meaning there was way too much of it for one person. It was served with sweet bean topping and a shot of condensed milk, which I found a lot of fun — and they were kind enough to give refills. The bing soo is so large that a lot of condensed milk is kinda required — parts of it tend to be vast swaths of ice. Service here was SUPERB. They were very knowledgeable about the flavors and styles, and generally were a blast to speak with. Highly recommended!

Snow flake milk bingsoo is very popular in Korea right now. It’s so yummy and refreshing. And I was sad to come back from Korea… When I found out this place opened I had to check it out. Snow milk bingsoo is made with milk and very soft like fresh snow powder, topped with either fresh fruits or dusted with finely ground up nut powder. The shaved milk ice is sweet and milky. Sul bing here… The top was pretty powdery but as it goes to the bottom it was a bit icy from getting clumped up. Still very tasty! And friendly service! It takes a bit of time to make, so if you go when it’s busy, expect some wait time.

Went here because I was searching for dessert places and this place came up. Didn’t realize a place like this existed in Ashburn. The infrastructure looked similar to a Sweet Frog(Zazu Frozen Yogurt and Crepes used to be here). We ordered the green tea with sweet beans bing soo and added extra mochi. It came in an ice cold stone bowl which made it easier to enjoy because you won’t have to rush to eat it or worry about melting. The shaved ice was actually made of milk. Delicious x4! I would definitely recommend the green tea with sweet beans. The cashier/employee also recommended the mango or chocolate one, which I would definitely try next time.

This is a new establishment. They have a huge menu list of yogurt, ice cream, kathi roll and sandwiches. We tried the yogurt and enjoyed it.

My friend and I had a HUGEE craving for green tea, and instantly I thought about how I had Sul Bing bookmarked on Unilocal for weeks now. Finally got to try it today! We were greeted right when we walked in; the guy at the front was very friendly. He noticed we were first-timers because we were discussing about which flavor bing soo to choose. He offered any help if needed, and even offered a taste of a little cup of the soybean flavor, and the green tea. Their shaved ice is made out of milk instead of water. The result is a not-overly sweet, but still light and yummy frozen dessert. It looks like coconut flakes. The matcha green tea bing soo was big enough for us 2 to share, and had a scoop of red bean on top, which I liked. The outer edges were mochi and really good almonds! I loved the set-up of the bing soo. It came with a little«shot» cup of sweetened, condensed milk to pour over top. Super cute and functional. The bowl was frozen, so we didn’t have to rush and worry about the shaved ice melting. Thumbs up for the good service from both gentlemen that helped us today, and for finally bringing some delicious bing soo to the Loudoun Area. It’s about time! All the other frozen yogurt places are so overplayed and similar, but Sul Bing is a refreshing and unique, enjoyable dessert spot!

Man, this is soo good. Now I can get my fave Chinese at Yens and hop on over for bingsoo. Does life get any better? The green tea and red bean is out of this world.

I was in the area to meet up with a friend for lunch, and I remembered reading about Sul Bing being opened up recently in the Ashburn area(they’ve only been around since February!) — I definitely was interested in checking them out! They offer a variety of frozen yogurt flavors and a nice toppings bar, crepes, and 9 different types of bing soos(Korean shaved ice): Roasted Soybean, Roasted Soybean with Sweet Red Bean, Strawberry, Mixed Berry, Mixed Berry with Cheesecake, Green Tea with Sweet Red Bean, Mango, Mango and Cheesecake, and the Granola/Caramel/Coffee or Chocolate combination. I was able to try out their Roasted Soybean bing soo(toasted bean powder), Mixed Berry bing soo(strawberry slices, raspberries, and blueberries), Mango and Cheesecake bing soo(little chunks of cheesecake with fresh mango cubes), and their Green Tea bing soo(lovely matcha powder — one of my favorites!). For the shaved ice part, you can choose either ‘Milk’ or ‘Sweet Milk’(I chose the latter), and you can also add a side of toppings if you wish(sweet red beans, sweet almonds, cheesecake cubes, or a slice of cheesecake). I think the only thing I was expecting were real rice cakes, but the colorful mochi bites were used instead. Mr. Kwan, who I believe is the owner, was extremely sweet and had a great sense of humor. He made sure that we were very satisfied with our orders: D The place itself is very cute and clean, with plenty of little tables to sit down and enjoy your cold treats. There’s a little tray drop-off area in the back where you just place your empty bowls/dishes. If you’re craving for some shaved ice in this part of town, be sure to check Sul Bing out: D +9 different types of bing soos(try the Green Tea!) +option of ‘milk’ or ‘sweet milk’ snow for your bing soos +frozen yogurt and crepes are also available +ask for Mr. Kwan: D +located in the plaza off of Greenway Corporate Drive(next to Giant)
