This McDonald’s is the closest to my home, however I would rather drive 15 minutes down the road than give this McDonald’s any business. Their staff has to be the rudest I have ever met, they not only treated their staff horribly but also myself as a customer. I am not one to complain however the people at this McDonald’s were completely rude. Even giving this McDonald’s a one star is giving them more than they deserve.

They say their drive thru is open 24/7, but given the number of cars that are always in the drive thru and how long it takes, you’re looking at a 20 – 30 minute wait for«fast food» if you’re going after midnight. This has happened twice, both times I have gone there after midnight. The first time they didn’t even know how much the order was when I was paying and asked us how much they said it was earlier. The second time was tonight, and it just wasn’t worth another bad experience so I left before I ordered after waiting 20 minutes. Something needs to be done about their deplorable wait time before I go back.

There are not many authentic diners in my neighborhood, save for Belle’s Kentucky-Style Fried Chicken & Tacos, so coming across McDonald’s Diner was a real treat. I usually shy from eating alone in diners, as I have this odd complex of thinking curly-girl waitstaff might try to woo me in a Julian Roberts in Mystical Pizza sort of way. But by Joe, am I glad I took a risk here. This place’s atmosphere somehow managed to not only be comforting to loners such as myself, but also lovebirds of the prepubescent variety, whom might’ve otherwise never found a public niche to freely tickle armpits and suggestively ram French Fries into nostrils. It was a real treat. Aside from this special environment, the food was top-notch. I thoroughly enjoyed the England-style crisps and fish filet sandwich meal, which tasted fishy enough that I wouldn’t have been surprised if it was caught fresh from Potomac Lake that morning. All in all, what a treat. Five stars!

I’ve been to this McDonald’s many, MANY times. Overall, this place is pretty good. The food always tastes great, but McD’s does have some flaws. First, the place is fairly filthy. It is not that clean, and you feel kinda gross if you sit down and eat there. Second, they get your order wrong every once in a while. One time my mom and I went there and I ordered a chicken nugget happy meal(I love them ok?). My mom ordered a plain burger, and the lady in front of us ordered an EVERYTHING burger. Well, my order was fine, but my mom got the everything burger and the woman in front got a plain burger. But accepting the consequences, this McD’s is pretty good. If you’re looking for a quick, satisfying meal, come here!

This location either should be shut down or change management. One of worst customer service ever. It takes so long to get your food, soda or even simple ice cream. I dont understand how big coroporate like Mcdonald wont look in to this. we drive to Mcdonald in Broadland much much better service, clean and much much friendly employees who actually cares about you and your family. i am writing this review because if any one from Coroporate look in to this review you should consider to do something about this particular location to changing the management and bring new management because everyday this location is making customer very angry towards Mcdonald.

No joke, this has to be the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The food was as ‘fresh’ as you are going to get at McDonald’s.

No drive through trash cans, and trash in the parking lot. Those two things go together. It’s a mcdonalds, the food is the same as every other mcdonalds, it’s the details that make one better or worse, and lack of trash cans I can pull up to and thow away the fast food debris in my car is one of those details.

I could see why others give this location bad reviews. My situation was ok, but not great. Basic interactions, no real service or smiles at the counter. Food was ok — I got the big breakfast with hotcakes and all were normal.

Worst mcdonalds. Rude employees and they don’t smile at all and the service is very slow. The kitchen is dirty and they don’t say thank you.

As others have said, who really reviews McD’s? Well, this one NEEDS a review. The service is terrible. Perhaps their speaker system is broken, but they always ask for your order then have you repeat it at the first human window. The second human window does not talk to the first. Once you pay, you get to tell the second window your order for the third time. Then you wait… because none of the food has been prepared. I’m not sure how they haven’t gotten their franchise pulled yet. The McDonalds in Leesburg is amazing in comparison, often I wonder if my food they didn’t just give me random crap in a bag because it is so fast, but its always right. This place is the evil twin of that McDonalds. I’ve even been in the lobby of this one when a crowd of senior citizens was going ballistic because everyone’s order was wrong. AVOIDAVOIDAVOID.

Don’t expect a friendly face here or more than three ketchup packets each time you ask for ketchup. Interestingly, they are super generous on the application of mayo on your burgers. This is one of those«get what you need and go» places.

Where to begin… I’ve stopped going to this particular location… I go a couple miles up the road to another, because this location is one of the worst I’ve been to… Most of the time, I use the drive thru, and each time I do, I constantly check my bag before I leave, because they usually forget some things… mostly the milks I order for my kids happy meals… In all, with items missed that I have paid for, I’ve probably lost about $ 50 in the last year… that’s quite a few Big Macs. The last straw for this location was when I wanted to try one of the new varieties of Quarter Pounders, and I got the one with bacon… I get home, open the box, and I closed it immediately and lost my appetite. The bun had mold on it. I tweeted a picture of it, and tagged McDonalds, thinking I might get some sort of response about a moldy bun… really though, no response. I think this particular McDonalds should close shop and have another concept take over this location.

Much better McDonald’s than the one in Ashburn Village. Also cleaner and friendlier staff. I didn’t have to repeat my order over and over again. They got my order right the first time. Conveniently located and there is sufficient parking.

I don’t even want to give this place a star… it should be a negative star. There are evenings when I’ve taken my kids there and just want them to run around the playground and burn off some energy. Each time I have gone I’m even more disappointed then the time before. The last time I was there, the alarms in the play area were beeping and I had to ask to have the lights turned on. They didn’t give me the right food. I can’t even bring myself to go here, I’ll drive to another that isn’t as bad…

I hate the service I get here. The food is always gross, never timely and constantly forget to include things in my order.

Obviously there’s not much love from previous reviewers for this location. I haven’t the really bad experiences others have had at this location and I frequent this one alot. Sometimes drive-thru sucks and it can get slow at this location. Not unacceptably bad, but enough to be a real annoyance. I have also had some incorrect orders given to me like wrong size item or missing item. This doesn’t happen a whole lot, maybe 5 percent of the time. Food is generally consistent with other MickeyD’s. Biggest downfall to this location is cleanliness of dining area. I generally don’t like dining in most McDonald’s and this one is not encouraging me to. Biggest pluses here is its convenient location and it is 24 hour. A real godsend when I work late nights or leave super early for work in the morning and need some breakfast. Among Ashburn McDonald’s locations its middle of the pack with the Broadlands location being better and the Ashburn Village being worse if I was to rank them.

I have no idea why I am wasting my time giving this place a 1-star…but i would like to point out that for the several times we drove by this place for a late midnight fix… this place never have the apple pies! The drive-thru guy sounds like a robot on auto-mode.

Like the other reviewers, this McDonalds consistently gets your order wrong. They forget things, or give you the wrong order, you must check your order before you leave. I don’t get mad when the car in front of me waits after getting their order, means they have been here before. You would think the management could do something about this, but they don’t.

Okay, I don’t normally write review for McDonalds, but this one has earned it(and not in a good way). I’m a little angry with myself. I don’t know how many times it is going to take me to learn to inventory everything I order before leaving this McD’s location. I don’t care for McD’s food myself, so I never go there, but my kids love the Happy Meals and they’re quick and easy. I wish I kept track of the exact statistics over time, but I swear that no fewer than 5 times have I gone through the drive through at this McD’s(because it’s closest to my house), only to get home and discover they didn’t get the order right. My most recent experience really takes the cake. All I ordered was a happy meal with chicken nuggets. I was in a hurry. I took the box and ran home to feed my child. We get home. I open the happy meal box, and inside there is: French fries. That’s it. Si tout. Nothing else. No chicken nuggets. No sweet and sour sauce(as I always request because my son won’t eat it otherwise). Aaaaaaand, the coup de grace… Wait, are you sitting down? Brace yourself for the shock… NOTOY!!! THEHORROR!!! With the legal system the way it is in America today, I should sue McDonalds for the psychological trauma my son suffered when he opened his happy meal and found NOTOY. That’s like opening the biggest wrapped gift under the Christmas tree from Santa with your name on it and finding it EMPTY. I drove back to McD’s. Althought I was pretty pissed, I kept my composure. I think it was more mad at myself for not checking before I left the drive-thru the first time because THIS particular McD’s has screwed up so many orders in the past. The lady working the counter at McD’s didn’t seem the slightest bit phased or shocked or offer any sign of emotion or remorse about the mistake. She just said«sorry» and handed me a new happy meal. Gee thanks. So much for a «quick» trip through the drive-thru.
