A while back ago, we had a great waitress named chrissy or krissy not sure on the spelling. And that one occasion we went she was amazing and was planning to move, we went back today, and she was our server and to our surprise ended up not moving which we were VERY happy about. She is HANDSDOWN the BEST server I have ever encountered I’m my whole entire life. She is amazing, multi tasks well, even if she has a lot of tables and is busy, always makes sure we have drinks and napkins, and ANYTHING else we need. And on top of that she has an amazing friendly outgoing personality, and always seems happy to be there and to serve her tables. When we tip it is a direct reflection of the service we receive, and she always goes above and beyond our expectations, so we go above and beyond what the expected tip is. I HIGHLY reccomend that anyone going to the wing factory to request her as your server, you won’t regret it.

Our wings were dried out and the sauces were mediocre. We tried five of them and the best was the hot, which was decent. The mango habanero was so bad. Service was slow, but at least they were nice. Menus were dirty and sticky. Had to ask for water four times. Had to fight through a poorly laid out bar area to access the bathroom. My husband is on crutches and couldn’t get past the center bar top area to get to the toilet — ever heard of handicap accessibility? Luckily his is only temporary, but I feel bad for anyone who is permanently disabled visiting this place. Horribly laid out restaurant. Who sticks a bad on the side in a cramped area blocking the bathrooms? No changing tables either. I had to change my son on the d@mn sink. Redeeming factor is the politeness of the staff.

Go sweet firecracker, they’re the bomb. Also ask for Rhett, he is also the bomb.

Good service, regular wings place. Convenient location for the folks who live in Ashburn. Got the regular, 911 and spicy ranch, pretty good for taste. Wish I was here when they had specials going on, definitely cheaper then.

One of the worst wings service of my life. $ 12, should have just flushed it down the toilet. Won’t come here again.

You are a «buffalo wing factory» so you think that you will get some nice big fat juicy chicken wings? No you get the very cheap skin and bone wings. I hope I caught them in a wrong night because this place is close to my house and I’d really like to go there more often.

This review is based 100% on the service and not the food. We stopped in for a few beers after a work meeting, and the staff were AWESOME. Totally made us feel like welcomed guests. Jared @ the bar ran is through the specials and local selections. Casey, the manager, checked on us to see how we were doing about ¾ of the way through our evening. Great selection of beers, happy hour specials, and amazing service. The menu was promising, and I will definitely give it a try next time that I am in Ashburn.

The food here is generally pretty good. Decided to try something new on the menu … Double Dipped Crispy Chicken Salad… Not good. The chicken was so overdone and over breaded that I tossed most of it in the garbage. I do not expect my chicken to have the consistency of croutons and will not order this one again.

They should rename this place to «Pigeon Wings and Grease Factory». Smallest overpriced and overcooked wings I’ve ever had. They nickel and dime you with extra sauce and if you ask for extra celery(they only give you three 4 inch pieces of celery). The servers are suburban teenagers that are saving up to get an x-box or something. They seem to be unaware that this is a gratuity. Our waitress looked like a hot topic reject that got let go after the holidays. Save your money, go anywhere else.

Took the family here last night(12/26/2015) for our son’s birthday. There were 10 of us and it was unanimous around the table… thumbs down. We ordered 50 wings(5 different sauces) and two large pies. Everything came out cold, creamy sriracha wings were terrible. Pizza was cold, undercooked… doughy. Service was bad b/c the place can’t keep up when its busy. $ 16 for a standard pitcher of bud light. The whole thing, beginning to end, was a disappointment. Avoid this spot folks!

I love this place. Although I wish they would’ve kept the old Flatliner flavor on the menu. It had a great flavor. The new Flatliner is just paste and bitter. It’s really just bitter heat made for competition and not daily eating. The old Flatliner version I could eat 40 of them. Loved those things. Best place for winds though. Great staff and offerings and great atmosphere for wings, sports and friends. Used to bet a Ranger buddy of mine to a shooting competition and after the win we’d go to Buffalo Wing Factory for the wrap-up. Call the family and bask in the win. ;)

We recently had our fantasy football draft at the Buffalo Wing Factory in Ashburn. We were there for better than four hours and the service, beer, and food were terrific. The manager even came by to check and make sure the service and food was to our satisfaction. I highly recommend the bulgolgi wings and any of the incredible beers they have on tap. I’d recommend coming here for a simple family meal or big events like draft parties or birthdays.

I sat in the bar area at a table. Service was friendly and very good. I got an onion ring appetizer, 10 wings with Spicy Honey Barbecue and fries. Wings were cooked correctly. The sauce was not spicy at all and had very little BBQ flavor. It was just kind of tomatoie. I almost wondered if I got the wrong sauce. Onion Rings were cooked right but had way too much breading for my taste. The onion ring sauce wasn’t good either. French fries were crinkle cut. Not my favorite either. After I left, I realized that my clothes smelled terribly like I had been standing directly over their fryers. I think they allow smoking in there but that wasn’t a bother at all. It was the oil smell. I can’t imagine it is very pleasant to work in that environment. I liked the way they cooked their wings and the service but not much else.

A three-letter word: DRY. The wings are so dry that you can’t help but wonder — -how did they screw up fried chicken wings?! The service isn’t so bad though.

I used to be a regular at BWF when I lived in Ashburn 10 years ago. I had to bring my family back to see if it was all I remembered. It was Thursday, which is all you can eat night, meaning it was a zoo. Service was slow because of the demand on the kitchen, but the bar kept drinks for adults and the family coming. When the food came, it did not disappoint. The Eastern Shore wings(old bay, beer, butter) is a unique and amazing staple wing for all old bay enthusiasts to try. They are amazing. On our server’s recommendation, I tried the Caribbean wings and they, too, did not disappoint. Kids say their mild wings were the best get ever had. All left very full and happy.

My normal order is 10 Spicy BBQ and 10 Spicy Honey Mustard bites. Today was no exception. Whoever was behind the counter was great. I spent a few years away from BWF at WVU, but it’s nice to come back home and and get really good wings.

The wings are really good. The fries are good too. The service is decent. The only thing I don’t like about the place is that it’s always packed and a little loud. That’s OK though, the food makes up for it.

Pretty decent place. I’ve come here for lunch multiple times. I love the different flavors of the wings, but the only thing I don’t like is how they cook the wings. Sometimes the skin is too hard and tough. Not sure if it’s because it is overcooked or something, but other than that good. They always have multiple tvs with different sports playing and it’s a very chill place.

We usually are here either Sunday or Thursday for NFL. They added new beers and they have an awesome menu. Their loaded fries are huge and filling while you can’t go wrong with the wings. Their chicken tenders are a must get, very large, tender and juicy with whatever dipping sauce you prefer. I also enjoy their pizza and their brownie sundae(if I have enough room after the wings lol). It has a much better décor than their location in Sterling. I recommend this place, especially on Thursdays where they have the all-you-can-eat wings, tenders, fries and bites. For only 17.99, you can’t get much better than that!

I can’t believe all of the good reviews for this joint! My boyfriend and I ate dinner here and our experience was extremely disappointing. First of all, we ordered the cheese fries with bacon. It was the blandest cheese fries with bacon that I’ve ever had. How does that even happen?!? It’s not rocket science after all. We had to add seasoning to try to make it more flavorful. This appetizer has always been amazing at other restaurants… My tastebuds were not excited here. Secondly, the wings were subpar, especially compared to BWW. The chicken wasn’t «right» and I didn’t like either of the two sauces that I tried. Between the bland fries and the subpar wings, I didn’t enjoy my dining experience here. I will say however, that the waitress I had was awesome and so much more attentive than most of the waiters at BWW. She deserves a raise.
