5÷19÷2016 I just left and had such a great experience that I wanted to leave a review immediately so I wouldn’t forget! The gentlemen working at this location were extremely polite and made a perfect spicy Italian. My boyfriend and I were greeted warmly and wished a safe trip. Can’t beat this kind of service!

This place does not deserve a star. I should have walked out after waiting 15 minutes to order. Asked for a foot long on white and was told they were out of white bread! Really? No white bread? So I get wheat. The girl making the sandwich only put 4 pieces of turkey on my foot long sandwich then asked me about cheese. Asked for Swiss. She looks at all the cheeses before I have to tell her it’s the one with holes in it. She grabs the last piece of Swiss holds it up and says«this is the last piece». I finished up my sandwich lettuce that was browning on the ends and some soft cucumbers. When I asked for honey mustard dressing at the end, the girl looked confused again. Un real. So I get my sons ham sandwich. Pretty simple. Ham, bacon and bread. So I pay, go sit down and eat. My son spits the ham out and said it was sour. I drink the soda and it’s flat. So I walk back in and ask for a refund just on the soda. Manuel says he would be right with me. I wait and then he tells me I can have a refill. I told him I want a refund because all of the soda is flat and there is no iced tea made. He asked me what soda was out and I told him again they all are flat and I want a refund. He gets irritated/overwhelmed and walked to the back, came back to the front and said all of the soda was working fine. It wasn’t. They all were flat. No carbonation you idiot! I again asked for a refund. Manuel now tells me I have had my drink for an hour and he can’t give me a refund! What! It was 15 minutes since I had paid! Then Manuel tells me he is not authorized to issue me a refund! What a joke. This place has horrible customer service, horrible food! I will call my credit card company and dispute the charge and I will call subway cooperate office and file a complaint. I will also call the county health department for them selling old/sour ham that my son would not eat.

Nice employees who were very understanding about my two little kiddos making havoc. The employee heard my autistic child say«more cheese» a few times and gave her an extra slice. It was really sweet and nice gesture. I wasn’t sure if I was picking correct Subway — I’m reviewing the one attached to Chevron at Tejon Ranch.
