Came in and they didn’t have the phone I wanted nor give me the options that were available online. So I went online to get the phone on my own. I was able to trade in my old phone so I went back in a week later. When I did they told me I couldn’t trade the phone in. How could I trade in a phone without having a phone? They figured out how to do it and made me mail the package. WTF? Thanks Jeff! In the future I’ll not go into a T-​Mobile store like I’ve done in the past because they suck to deal with!
