Terribly slow slow dkow! Too busy screwing around and talking to themselves to get anything done. Not speedy in any way!!!

I live less than three miles away and on average it takes 45 minutes to get my sandwich… and about 75% of the time my order is correct.

This is the first restaurant I’ve been to that does not have salt and pepper available. When I asked why, one of the 10 kids behind the counter says«Jimmy thinks his food is so good it doesn’t need it». Well Jimmy, you’re wrong.

It’s your pretty standard sandwich shop. Low rating because they got my order wrong, even though it was not busy and I was the only one ordering.

This is by far the slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. There are six people making sandwiches, but nothing is really getting made. Ridiculous.

I live 1.7 miles away. And they refuse to deliver to my house. When I lived in Indiana I got jimmy johns twice a week. I just moved to wheat ridge and NONE of the jimmy Johns deliver. Well I mean twice a week times five or plus years. Whatever I’ll get sandwiches from somewhere else. The manager was the one speaking to me On the phone and she said they get in the car and drive five miles away in each direction to determine how far they will deliver. Well I wonder why it takes more than 5 minutes in a car to go ONEPOINTSEVENMILESAWAY. Traffic maybe? Well why not bike it then? I have had only two experiences with jimmy johns in Colorado and both were horrible. The last time I went to one they were so rude we decided not to order and walked out(that was at one closer to the airport).

I love this place for the fact that they deliver but I think the prices are too high for what you really get. The meat is non existent. The cookies are delicious. And delivering is great since the same pizza joints get old after a while. BUT I’ve ordered twice from this place and they’ve brought me the wrong chips twice now. Double disappointment.
