This tow company was assigned to me by my auto insurance, to provide a jump-​start. The guy was really nice… I didn’t get his name… but he was quick to get to me, and very helpful. He noticed that it was my battery cables loose, and that the battery wasn’t dead, so he tightened the cables for me, and made sure I was able to start my car. This was on 2⁄25 on Irving Street, so whomever he was, please thank him.

I recently had my car towed by this company, when I called the guy on the phone said it was $ 17.00 to load my car and $ 1.50 a mile. Since I was only 8 blocks from my house, I told them okay. A guy showed up loaded my car and was very friendly. When we arrived he charged my card $ 78.00…Said it was their standard rate… They were friendly but wish they would have quoted me the right fees…
