Dinner with a Psychic went great at Fuzzy’s with Denver Psychic Mystical empress Brenda Renee. The Tacos were good, the Psychic Reading was Accurate and Fun, the nachos were great and the drinks were good! Thank you Fuzzy’s

I love fuzzy’s for their shredded chicken tacos, hot sauce, and style. They are convenient, consistent, and always friendly. I only ever get the tacos because they’re so good I can’t force myself to not get them in order to try anything else!

Honestly not the best tacos I’ve run across. They’re open to a decent time frame, have solid seating options and are probably full of the nicest staff in the area. I honestly eat here probably 2 – 3 times a week and have for months since I work nearby. Unfortunately about 25% of the time they fail to deliver my order without cheese on it. Which is impressive, since I see it on the receipt as listed, so the waitstaff are correct in taking it down. Some of them know me by name because I order there so often, yet still there’s cheese finding its’ way onto my tacos. If you need a pretty affordable place to get a beer(their Fuzzy’s Amber ale comes in a goblet and is like $ 3, it’s huge) and eat some standard Mexican food it’s the place to check out while you’re in Olde Town. If you need some chips & guac/salsa, this *is* the place to go though, you’ll get a huge bag for your trouble and it’ll fill you right up.

A solid F for the chicken nachos. 1. Cold plate. 2. A sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese on the plate. 3. Topped with a GIANT mound of chips. 4. Chips had some cold white cheese glop(with a citrus tang that has no business near nachos) on them. 5. A tiny amount of cold, bland, shredded chicken was scattered among the chips. 6. Microscopic bits of pico de gallo. $ 7 for this horrible rendition of nachos. I have had better nachos at Taco Bell. 2 stars overall as I liked the atmosphere and the friendly service. + metal flatware instead of plastic + Wi-Fi

Went there for the first time last week with a group of four adults, two teens, and three kids. The best part of the experience was the customer service we received from Matt. He quickly took us to his side of the restaurant to take our orders and explain the choices and drinks. He was friendly, attentive, funny, AND the food was great! I’ve never had a taco with feta cheese on it, but it was a nice combination! Matt, you rock! «KK»

A family friendly place with a huge menu and reasonable prices. Yes, it can be loud at Fuzzy’s with kids running around, so it is not a place for date night. But if you are looking for casual and good Mexican food this is the place. I had a couple soft tacos, both very good(spicy pork and shredded brisket) and a house marg. The chips and salsa were very satisfying and our table shared a plate of nachos so big that we could not finish it, and generously topped with guac, meat and other stuff. I like that you can find the nutrition facts on their online menu(too bad they don’t list the prices). I look forward to their new location opening soon in Longmont.

Ok place to stop by if you’re down with kids running around without supervision and having to clean off tables. I’ve passed by Fuzzys so many times and it’s always bumping, full of families, young professionals and kids… LOTS of them. Plus everyone appears to always be enjoying themselves, pretty much everyone of age wig a huge margarita and noshing on tacos, nothing beats that right? Wrong. The ordering process is messy, the menu is pretty hard to see from the line of people waiting for the cashier to ring them up plus they have little handheld drink menus with no prices on them. Never buy off a menu with no price on it, that means it’s astronomical! I wanted a margarita but it was margarita overload so I really couldn’t decide what was worth my buck. They call your name when your order is ready which is great… except that the place is crawling with people and unruly children so I went up hoping they really said my name when I thought they did. Then you have to find a table that is clean and that’s a challenge in itself. I ordered two tacos… the grilled fish and California Heat. The grilled fish was very lackluster but damn, the California Heat was off the hook!

We love fuzzys! Affordable, quick and tasty. Cheese dip yum! All their tacos are good I usually order chicken or fish.

Who knew they had the handheld burrito? My friend introduced me to this place because I had so much to say about how I don’t like smothered burrito. It seem like that’s the norm here in CO. Suffice to say when in Arvada I’ll be dropping by Fuzzies again! Their burrito is hearty and tasty. I ordered the chicken burrito and I love it! I will try their offers next time. The location is totally cute! Bright, airy and clean! Located in the Olde Arvada area. Thanks C!

It’s been a few years since this place opened, the only reason it’s still here is because the majority of the people in Arvada have no idea what true, quality Mexican food tastes like. I just came here for the first time. To put it simply, it’s Casa Bonita level food without the experience. The service was nonexistent, as we stood in the freezing restaurant for over 25 minutes looking for a seat, handed our food on dirty, cheap plastic plates, and stomached truly revolting food. The quéso is a disgrace, the chips were stale, the tacos were greasier than the clientele, and the sides were bland and flavorless. Fuzzy’s is incredibly overrated and we will never be back! One star for the store bought churros.

Love this place. My brother and I come by here at least once a month to grab tacos and beeritas. Yum!

Not like the fuzzys in Texas. Inside was nice. Very hipster décor. The staff was nice. The tacos. Not too good. Boring. Bland. And not very flavorful.

Not going to justify this place with a lengthy review of what’s wrong. Service was rude and slow for slow Sunday. Food quality was poor, tacos piled with more lettuce than meat. My wife had to take her quesadilla back because it was swimming in oil and was inedible after a couple bites, she got sick afterward. Do yourself a favor and find a real taco shop down on Federal, it’s worth the drive and food is ten times better.

Very tasty Pork Soft Tacos. The Beer is great. The Margaritas are better!!! Definitely a must go to in Arvada.

WHOA biggest margarita off all time. They also have a bazillion different and pretty weird flavors! Like chocolate milk? Margarita? I had a pretty good one that had Sangria swirled into it. Nachos weren’t very good. They were huge but they were kinda boring. Also this place is swarming with screaming children which I can’t blame the restaurant for but at some point the screaming ruins the experience.

I’m giving this place three stars. I actually have mixed feelings about this place. It is kind of like a love hate relationship. On one hand I really like this place with quick and friendly service, decent flavors, a large menu, fresh veggie toppings, and a great location. I also like their mixed drink in the very large fish bowl size for a low price. I had thier Bloody Mary’s and I would say it was the best I have ever had. The desserts are also great. However, on the other hand my digestive system tends to have a really difficult time with this place. The first time I came here I had hot sauce on my two chicken tacos, and I thought to myself«I needed to lay off the hot sauce boy it’s hot.» My tummy rumbled all night long and I really attributed it to the hot sauce. The second time I came here I didn’t have the hot sauce but I had two chicken tacos and 2 shrimp tacos. They were both fantastic and I made sure not to add any hot sauce. Later that night I felt like my stomach was going to explode. I had bloating and had massive cramping with lots and lots of Hot Snakes according to Andy from Parks and Rec. I attributed that to possibly the shrimp because I knew it couldn’t be the hot sauce. The third time I went I had a better time staying away from both the hot sauce and the shrimp and even the chicken. I decided to have some fajitas with steak and some other sides like rice and potatoes, because you really can’t go wrong there. Again that evening I felt like my stomach was going to explode. However I didn’t have a clue of what it could be since I stayed away from everything I had had before. My next visit I decided to go back to chicken tacos since I like to have chicken tacos and I had some other things with beef and veggies. My stomach wasn’t too bad, but again I had indigestion and I was a bit uncomfortable all night long. I went there just recently and didn’t eat anything but I had a few drinks and my stomach was fine. I really enjoy myself when I’m here but every single time I eat their food I tend to just have a really rough time. I would love to give this place more stars but because of my experience after I eat there I can’t really give it any higher a rating, because I don’t exactly know what is making my tummy so incredibly upset every time I eat there. I kind of try to avoid it now, except if I can talk myself into one of their drinks. Like I said it is a love hate relationship and difficult for me to really give this place a high recommendation or make it really low. I have lots of friends who enjoy coming here and when they eat they’re perfectly fine. But as for me I have become acquainted with the phrase Hot Snakes everytime I eat at Fuzzy’s.

Love fuzzy’s for a quick, easy fun lunch or dinner. I’ve taken several out of town guests there and they always dig it. One entrée is enough for two, you could get that with an appetizer. Then you’ll have leftover money for the massive margaritas! One and done!(If you know what I mean). My favorite is the ghost chilli beer that is poured into the mango margarita on the rocks. Get that with fish tacos, cilantro like rice, and chips and queso. You’ll spend $ 20 on all that and get it in less then 10 minutes. You can even sit outside. It is an environment where you order at the counter, and they call your name when it’s ready. Doesn’t bother me, because its fast, inexpensive, and consistently good. Sit outside, sip a margarita the size of your head. When you’re ready to leave, no worries because you’ve already paid. Great for a quick, fun meal.

Did I start working at Fuzzy’s? No? Why do I have to clean glasses and trash off a table for us to have a place to sit? On a Wednesday, to top it off. It was a chaotic mess with kids screaming and trash everywhere. Pom-a-rita drink= Good, albeit very very sweet. Nachos were so big two people at my table said«holy S*** «and were loaded with some kind of good cheese sauce, feta cheese, and seasoned pulled chicken. Plenty to share! FTC location is way better. I’m still annoyed I had to be bus boy. TWOSTARS

Man I really really wanted to like Fuzzys! I tried really hard ! We went three times trying to find the good in it– So the big issue is the food is cold– I mean real cold… Hot queso should come to the table hot! So there’s that. plus the set up and they way you kind of stand around and wait for your food — it’s just funky and I personally don’t like that… The cooks look greasy and gross(sorry but true) I can’t put myself through another meal here… It looks fun and inviting but not everything is as it seems. Try and see what you think — some people like fuzzys a lot –maybe it was just everytime we went lol. Still on the hunt for good tacos so if anyone can holler at me —

I am surprised that Fuzzy’s is rated at a tad over 3 stars. Yes it’s busy, loud and incohesive. Yes there are kids running around everywhere, lines are long, but moving relatively fast. This is not a romantic Friday date spot to impress your new girlfriend. But it’s frigging good! I must admit that I favor Tex-Mex over regular Mexican food. So here are some dishes that come to my mind: Queso dip — 5 stars all the way. Creamy, cheesy and flavorful. Guac — I am afraid I am not capable of fairly rating guac at all, since I love guac, period. Although there are places that manage to mess it up, Fuzzy’s isn’t one of them. Fajita salad — the meat was a bit chewy, but the rest of the salad was good. Burritos — loaded with yummy Tex-Mex goodies, delicious and fresh!
