I’m going to call the manager after this but every time we come here, my order is always fucked up. After the 10th time I have to say something. I work in accounting — IMPRETTYSUREIF I CANMANAGE A COMPANY’S FINANCESATMYAGE — SOMEONEHERECANGETMYORDERRIGHT. I ask for an almond milk latte(SUPERSIMPLE!), instead, I get milk every time!!! And they give me an iced coffee with almond milk when they re-do it instead of a fucking latte!!! I don’t have 30 minutes in the morning to sit there and wait for them to finally get my order right. I have to ask each time I get my order now, because I have an allergy and every time they fuck up my order I’m in the doctors office. Does the owner of this franchise genuinely not give a fuck? Because it seems that way. This place needs new management and organization.

Food is fine when they get the order correct, which seems to be only 10% of the time. Seriously, we triple our wait time because we go through the drive through, and then have to pull out front to wait for the order to be re-made, 9⁄10 times. Doesn’t the owner care about this?

Having just moved here from the East Coast I was excited to see there is a DD near my place. The building is beautiful, you don’t see DD’s like this in the East Coast. However, the line was tremendously long! Okay, I have seen this before. But then I noticed there was only one person on the register. WHAT??? While waiting an extremely long time in line I noticed they did not have my favorite ham sandwich on a French roll. I don’t know how you can go wrong with a ham sandwich but okay, menus vary, I get it. I opted to order the bacon egg and cheese bagel instead with a med hot regular coffee. The tall kid with blue hair finally decided to stop walking around aimlessly and started making coffee. Mine came out with cream running down the side of it. The sandwich came out with unmelted cheese and an egg with the consistency of cold mushy grits. Disgusting!!! Needless to say I won’t be ordering that again. Coffee was good despite the mess. Maybe try the drive thru next time. Also just an observation, it is definitely more family oriented than what I am used too. People seem to like to hang out, not that it’s a bad thing.

It baffles me that this place is *always* out of munchkin donuts. I just don’t get it. They are a donut place out of donuts. Doesn’t matter what time it is. Staff has typically been courteous and I always bring it up that they seem to be out of these donuts a lot. Been given different reasons from«lady in front just took last ones» to «lots of people come in and order a hundred.» I can more understand in the evening, but in the morning?

Went to get donuts and coffee for work. Walked in and there were 4 donuts on the shelf. Asked if they had any more. No. Walked out without anything. If you are going to have«donuts» as part of your name then you should at least have the product .

As an East Coaster, I was thrilled to see that Dunkin Donuts had finally come to my home state of Colorado. No more Starbucks when I’m visiting! Yay!(Disclaimer: Caribou Coffee is kinda far from where I stay, and while there is local craft coffee house, sometimes you just want an iced coffee and a donut). During my week stay in the area, I visited this Dunkin branch three times. While the food and drinks were totally fine and on par with the Dunkins of New York, the service is pretty rough. The employees are friendly, no problem there, but it really seems like nobody knows what they’re doing. Everything from extreme slowness to not knowing how to operate the coffee machines or register plague this location. The location itself is really nice, with cool décor I haven’t yet seen in New York. If they get some training in there, I think it has potential!

I don’t get it. I have tried this place several times, and not yet have I been impressed with a donut. I actually went up to Boston a few months ago, and all the locals were raving about how great their donuts were, and I couldn’t leave without trying them. I was not impressed there, and I am not impressed with the one here. The donuts taste like stale, 3 day old grocery store donuts. I would MUCH rather drive halfway across the world to get a Krispy Kreme, which NEVER disappoints. I also had a sandwich here, and it was dry and tasteless, and they actually made it in the microwave. Okay, let me just go to McDonald’s, guys, because this stuff is laughable.

If you’re looking for dark roast coffee don’t bother coming to this location, they never have it brewed and aren’t always willing to brew it for just one customer. The regular coffee is ridiculously light and at times I swear I can taste the paper filter. I’ve been to other Denver locations and this is never a problem, not sure why this shop is incapable of having an item that’s on the regular menu. All in all the doughnuts are nothing special and the food is typical fast food. The staff is a bunch of high school kids who don’t understand that their working in a customer service industry. It would be nice if they would step away from their BS session in the back to assist customers.

My general DD review: Donuts are ok if you eat them fresh, but their shelf life is one day. King Soopers donuts last longer & are far better(and if you have time to wait in line, Voodoo donuts are the best in the city) Coffee is mediocre. I know a lot of people rave about it, but I’m not a huge fan. I do like their vanilla chai and their flavored iced teas. I am a big fan of their breakfast sandwiches, particularly the chicken apple sausage one. My review of THISDD: Order taken promptly at drive thru. Get to window(after waiting 5 minutes on the one car in front of me) and they then tell me they have no chicken apple sausage. Ok, whatever, I changed my sandwich order. The staff, which I am guessing are all high school kids out of school for the summer, proceed to sit and chat and laugh and mess around while I wait. And wait. And wait. Even after seeing the bag with my sandwich set on the ledge by the drive thru window. It took over a minute from when the bag was placed there for the drive thru cashier to realize & give me my sandwich. I’ve been to 4 other DD’s in the Denver metro and none of them had these service issues. If I need DD in the future, I’ll head to one of those instead.
