Chase Bank

This is the only chase bank in the area that circles your deposit slip with a highlighter suggestion you make your deposits at the ATM! The Branch manager Matthew did mine today. I am a long time Chase customer and if I wanted to use the ATM I would, your customer service is the worst in the STATE OF COLORADO!

Every place has that 1 miserable employee and this branch is no exception. It takes one person for someone to leave a bad review, but not many take the time to express that this branch does have good employees as well. I have been to this branch on numerous occasions and have always been treated with respect. They have a gentleman by the name of Daniel that spent a lot of time with me one day to get my account cleared up. A younger gentleman early thirties maybe, was again extremely helpful. A thin Spanish woman that is always so friendly and in such a good mood when I go in and is always a pleasure to deal with. But the heavy Spanish lady that works there has a horrible attitude problem. I see her and I cringe, hoping I’m not one stuck with her. But the good employees here deserve the credit as well. I have had all but one favorable experience here and I will continue to deal with the pleasant employees of this branch.

WORST CHASE BANK LOCATION EVER! The people who work at this branch are so rude and nasty! My husband and I went here today and they were so rude. I am calling the bank manager in the morning to make a complaint, not only that but she screwed up our deposit and when we pointed it out she said we’d have to go online to transfer the money from our checking to our savings. I understand that we came in at 445 pm and you’d like to leave but I’m still a customer and should be treated nicely. It’s not my fault she screwed it up.

Avoid this bank if you can help it. There is one reason. One employee that works there is completely rude. I come in frequently to make large cash deposits and am treated like dirt by Erica every time she is there. Always always rude. The other employees are helpful and pleasant, but avoid Erica. I plan to make a complaint inside the bank ASAP. No one deserves to be treated so poorly in the institution that they’re trusting to keep their money.
