I made an order online over a month ago for the in4mation floral hat & didn’t receive my order so I called the Rooted store & the guy who answered was nice I told him my situation and how I havent receive my item so he wrote down my information and told me he would have someone call me back… I never got a call back, but I checked my credit card statement and it looks like they did credit me my money back, but I wish they would have informed me of what they did instead of having me wait and wonder. I almost called them to ask them what was going on until I checked my statement. I thought that was pretty rude! A simple phone call would have been nice, like hey lady we sold your hat so we refunded you would have been good enough for me.

Rooted/​Footage shop is pretty dope.
Bespoke hats, some clothing and buy/​selling your kicks – with a boba from downstairs (cha2o)? Yes please! I usually come in w/​my bf. Saturdays they close at 12am to keep up w/​the traffic downstairs. That’s awesome!

Great group of guys. Got myself a rooted tee and snapback. Chill place to shop. Checked out some of the shoes they had displayed from «Footage» truthly a dope collecting for those sneaker heads
Also next door (in the same shop) is bespoke, wall to wall of hats. Everything type and team you can possibility think of!
Also! They are open late! Grab some boba and look at New threads. Way better than other shops around. Great selection.
