Zen Nails

I came here about 10 days ago and got a pedicure and acrylic nails with the gel polish just simple French tips on toes and hands now I will say Mina did an excellent job she was very sweet and gentle she took her time my only complaint is 4 of my acrylic nails have already come off now this may be because I work in an office and I type all day long but then again I’ve never had a problem like this before so my conclusion is they have to be using cheaper products or something but like I said Mina did great! If u are coming here for standard mani pedi Mina is your girl!

This is the second time I went to Zen Nails, and I won’t be going back. The first time I got a mani/​pedi with a girl who had just started a few weeks ago, so I just passed off my poor service as difficulties of being in a new job. The second time I went, I picked out a color that I liked and when she asked if I wanted sparkles I said OK since it was almost NYE. She ended up picking a completely different red that I would never have chosen. Throughout the service, she then insulted my ethnicity (I’m Korean), told me I was too old not to have kids (I’m not even 30), and also told me that I needed to have my eyebrows waxed because they had no shape. I wasn’t wearing any makeup and hadn’t even used a brow comb/​brush because I was just going to get my nails done to unwind and relax. I can tell you that I didn’t relax whatsoever during my terrible manicure. She threw the lotion on in about a second, and she never massaged my hands/​arms despite charging me for a manicure. She did a terrible job filing my nails, so much so that I had to come home and fix them. As I said, I will not be coming back.

This was the worst place I have ever been to. The owner gave me a pedicure. The whole time he was rude, cocky and talk to the woman sitting next to me. She was a regular and it was just my first time. The worst part is he used a razor without asking and since he was too busy paying attention to others he cut the side of my foot. Never apologizing and blamed me for it. Do not go to this nail salon if you want a safe and enjoyable experience.

Horrible service! ! Didn’t acknowledge me when I came in. Had me sit in 3 different chairs to take 4 other people before me. 3 of them without appointments.

Mike and Nicole are awesome! Always friendly and nice! Treat you like family. My wife, Renea, goes there every week! I even go with her to get a pedi!

Zen Nails is absolutely the best! I’ve been going to Zen for about a year and a half now for both shellac nails and pedicures. Kelly has done some amazing designs on my nails — she’s truly awesome. I wear my nails short, so I don’t get the tips. No matter what designs and colors I ask for, Kelly always pulls it off to perfection… even my fingernail version of a Megadeth album cover! Everyone who works at Zen are friendly and understand what you want. And, yes, they speak English almost all the time. Everything is very clean and sanitized, and the nail stations and pedicure stations are organized, neat, and well cared for. Zen has a great selection of polish (shellac and regular wear). All of the nail techs at Zen are good, so there’s never a worry when I just drop in. I truly love this business and would recommend it to everyone.

A really fun environment that takes the time to do a great job. Michael (owner) is neurotic about a clean salon and it shows.

Zen Nails is great! Michael and Nicole treat you like a friend every time. Everyone there actually talks to you (as opposed to the other workers in another language the whole time like other places). They have so many options to choose from. Once you go here, you will not want to go anywhere else. Check it out!
