Our lawn has never looked better. Excellent irrigation system, waters lawn, gardens and no where we do not want, such as patio and driveway. Twice annual maintenance is timely and worry free.

Bud at Turf Plus from Easton, MD uses verbally abusive tactics to get customers to use his services and charges more than his services are worth. School yard bully with no professionalism. When asked a question, he comes across as inconvenienced. When you tell him you don’t want service, he curses Christ on the phone. Find someone else who is worthy of your dollar.
Bought a house and assumed their service since they had installed the sprinkler system. My wallet thanks me for discontinuing their service. The system was terrible. They never serviced my system back to how it functioned previously. When I called on any occasion (new service, repair service, to ask a question) Bud acted inconvenienced, rude, demeaning and verbally abusive. He was more interested in charging more, locking you into other services, driving up his income.
If I could come up with the perfect example of poor customer service tactics from the 1970s, they would be top of the list. Spend your money elsewhere if you want a functioning system. I should have read reviews on the internet before using them. I’m now learning that others feel the same way and that they wasted money because their lawns are the worst on the block. Go elsewhere or buyer beware.

I had my third-​rate sprinkler system installed by this second-​rate operation ten years ago… it was FAULTY from the beginning and after years and years of having fix their problems (all at a cost to me, of course) finally gave up dealing w/​these clowns (actually, the head clown) a few years back… but had to warn others to stay away and go to true professionals in the business.
Turf Plus also has, according to the Internet, addresses in Easton, MD.
Unfortunately, one star is the lowest rating available or else there would be none for this operation.
