Just purchased a bottle of Green Goddess dressing yesterday and realized today that it expired in 4 days! Tried to shake it up and wouldn’t even move. This has happened to me many times at the Arnold location. Buy something, get it home and it either is about to expire or is being sold past the expiration date. When I bring items back, they are annoyed like i should eat the expired food. Chicken nuggets are always freezer burnt. I bought(5) bags in a row and had to throw away most if not the whole bag. They are $ 7.99 each! Stopped buying those there. All in all, these store needs to step it up. Customer pay more for a reason.

I am thankful to have a local store that offers a good selection of gluten free, organic, and local produce. The first two aisles are dedicated to whole living foods which makes shopping a lot faster for me. I also like that they offer bare naked chicken. Plus, through out the store they have gluten free stickers on the GF products.

Grandpa’s potato salad made by Garden Fresh $ 4.59. Same container at Shop n Save called Garden Fresh $ 2.49. If you shop Dierbergs your paying double for pretty much everything in the store. When I asked a Manager he said THEDIERBERGSCUSTOMEREXPECTSTOPAYMORE lol lol lol To all who shop here your just making a rich family richer off your hard earned dollar save your money and shop someplace else.

Nice clean large store with a big selection of products. Prices are competitive with other grocery stores. I would probably recommend coming here if you are looking for more unique ingredients or something a little bit upscale. They have a fabulous array of bakery items like artisan breads and fruit spreads for your cheese.

OMG! They make the best damn oven fried chicken & potato wedges! I am a true convert to oven fried chicken since I can’t have the traditional American fried chicken due to medical issues. I get this meal on a weekly basis & can’t get enough of it. Not tooo salty. Just perfect. Hello, foodgasm! And the price is alright. Not too expensive! The service is excellent as always. Now, they have a smoker outside & make their own ribs, brisket & chicken! WOOOOHOOO! Yes, the ribs & brisket are awesome. Tender & cooked right. Yummy!

I can’t believe we actually have a Dierbergs! The previous reviewers, while funny and informative, left out the best food item Dierbergs has. The grape, pecan chicken salad is the best in the nation, and believe me, I’ve tried a lot of chicken salad. They have the best produce in the area, wish more was organic. Also, the Horizon Organic milk is not good. They need to carry another brand of organic milk. Wish they would improve those two areas, but overall it is friendly and clean. Finally don’t have to drive forever to get something that isn’t rotten. Their store brands are very good, also.

Holy Mother of prepared foods, I have found I am too lazy to cook tonight heaven. This Dierberg’s is brand spankin’ new and beautiful on the inside. There are beautiful wood ceilings and still has that new building smell. Also, because it’s so huge and new it has every single thing that a Dierberg’s could offer. If there is a food you are looking for, you will find it here. There are aisles upon aisles of organic, vegetarian and vegan foods in every brand. I have never seen such an assortment in a mainstream grocery store of different vegan and vegetarian sausages. The bakery is brimming with cakes and pies and bins of cookies. There are a ton of different fresh breads and even more original items like baklava(which is surprisingly good) and elephant ears. Now my favorite, the prepared foods, found all around the store, but mostly near the deli counter. They have everything. You can bring home chicken of all varieties(grilled, fried, rotisseri), every kind of salad you can imagine(potato, green bean, ambrosia), dips upon dips(try the jalapeño chedder… it’s to die for) fresh salsa, party trays of crackers and cheese, party trays of fruit. You will never have to show up to a party empty handed if you stop here first. Bonus for actually being delicious food. And of course, the florist, the red box, the pharmacy, the seafood section, the fresh deli section, and stocked salad and soup bar round out the place to make it, quite possibly, the best super grocery store where I have ever shopped. Near minus star because the place can be a real nightmare to get into, the light never seems to change and the road leading to the parking lot seems to wind on and on among what I assume are supposed to be scenic fake ponds. But the store is so great, it’s worth this extra hassle. As is their angel food cake. YUM!
