Aaron’s Sales & Lease Ownership

I don’t think I will be renting anytime soon from Aaron’s.
First of all, I walked into this store, and considering the store’s size, its a huge store. However, everything was jammed packed together. The displays ended up being a virtual nightmare. I was in the market for either a laptop or a nice iPad and the computers were all in a very tiny showroom in a corner in the back part of the store. In addition, everything was just unprofessionally displayed.
While looking at furniture, something caught my eye. They just left a very mashed up recliner leather sofa in the back that looked very beaten up and abused. Is that really going to end up in a customer’s living room?
Eventually, a salesperson came up to me and asked if I needed help, but he ended up telling me that they do not rent any Apple products. The customer service from the representative was ok, but my experience, albeit only 10 minutes, could have been much better.

When I first moved to town – the home we selected was minus a fridge. With all the moving expenses and so much money going out we knew we needed an affordable option to get us by until we got settled and had time to shop for what we wanted… and I knew we wanted stainless steel to match the other appliances so I decided that a rental fridge was really the best option for us at the time.
I was left to take care of business while the hubby went to work right away and a woman needs her fridge before she can do anything pretty much. So into Aaron’s I wandered and the sales guy could not have been anymore helpful or nice.
I decided to purchase 90 days same as cash a little scratch and dent number at a decent price that would be just fine for a few months and then we could utilize it in our finished basement apartment or gift it to one of our children if needed.
They went out of their way to deliver that to me in a speedy fashion as they knew I was desperate and I really appreciate this top notch service. I would recommend them as I’m not sure people even consider this as an option sometimes.
