You wanna know why there aren’t any reviews for this business? Cuz no one comes here. I asked them how much it would cost to fix a bent ring in my silver bracelet, and she quoted me $ 50. Are you kidding me? Went to a place in Falls Church, they did it for FREE. I don’t like them because they’re free, I liked them because they had great customer service and were willing to help the customer. In fact, I saw another bracelet I liked there, and I’m going back next week to buy it. Zara? No.

I purchased a pearl necklace, earrings(studs) and bracelet set from this store. The girl at the counter was very nice– that was about the end of the niceties of my experience. She quoted me one price(sticker) and then quotes me another price claiming she is giving me a discount. After I received the item, I saw on the inside the«discount» she gave me was actually just retail, and they mark up all of their jewelry about 20% so as to give customers the illusion they are getting a deal — STRIKEONE. I fell for the bait, and bought the set. They looked very nice. I took them home to my GF and she loved them, and they promptly became a daily accessory for her. FIFTEENDAYSAFTERPURCHASETHESTUDBROKE. My girlfriend was just sitting with me on the couch, doing nothing– and the pearly just dropped into her lap!!! I was astounded at the lack of quality — STRIKETWO. I took the earring back the next day(16 days after purchase) and the same girl was there again– apparently the actual jeweler is never there, his daughter or something just runs the shop all day and has very little knowledge of the product/jewelry in general. I asked for the item to be repaired, seeing as how I purchased it 16 days ago and paid a substantial amount of money, I expected the repair to be free. No– $ 20 for the repair. I told her if I was paying $ 20 to repair an item I bought 16 days ago, I want a warranty on the repair(good thing I did that!). She reluctantly agreed, took my $ 20 and told me the piece would be repaired in 2 days(!). I came back after 2 days, it wasn’t ready, finally on the 3rd day it was repaired. She scribbled down some 1 month warranty on the back of the receipt and I left. 15 days later, I’m back at this stupid store with the same broken stud. The same girl is there(she is the only person I have ever seen working there in my MULTIPLE visits related to this single purchase). She give me to the I’m sorry routine and agrees to honor the warranty– another 2 day wait for the repair. I get it back, again– this is the 2nd time I have gotten back this«repaired» stud. They no longer will warranty their work(what the hell?) and tell me that here it is, no warranty, should be fine but if it breaks they are happy to charge me for another repair. — STRIKETHREE … Take it home, in less than 5 days it broke again. Screw this store, terrible customer service and even WORSE quality product. Will never, ever purchase from them again. There are many, many better jewelers to choose from in the same mall that actually have quality products with 1year+ warranties no questions asked. DONOTGOTOZARA. DONOTBUYFROMTHISPLACEIFYOUWANTQUALITYJEWELRY. They will scam you on the price, and then scam you on the quality, and then joyfully milk you for repair costs until you just give up and go to a different store. Terrible. If I could give them negative star, I would.
