Great great service here from Rob. Not so much from the store manager. Will never shop here again.

I took one of my rings I’ve had for many years to this location to be cleaned and have a rhodium coating put on. My ring looks better than I remember it when it was brand new. Then Diane cleaned all of my rings, just being nice. I just love this Zales location!

I hope I can rate zero for the service. Don’t go here unless you want the worst service or have your ring damaged. I chose to do a resizing of my wedding ring. Specifically mentioned that there are engravings and store logo on the ring. Upon receipt, PT395, our initials together with the store logo were all gone. I even don’t think if this is the ring I sent and if it is made of gold. I didn’t want compensation. Just want to confirm this is my ring and ask them to put the engravings back on. Store staff promised they can do that. A few days later, they said that they can’t put the logo back on even if it is their fault. They asked me to ship my ring to my store in Hong Kong to put the logo on on my own expenses. I called the 1 – 800 number to complain. someone promised me to call back in 3 days. No one called. I called back, got the same promise again and some one did call, thanks god, and let me know that the district manager is out of office and will call me in 3 days. I waited another 7 days, no one called. I called back to complain again. they refused to escalate and said that the district manager will call me in 3 days… I choose to post this comment at wherever possible on website to share with potential customers. Zales is NOT a company to trust. Yu Zhang, a very displeased customer

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a jeweler and will never go back to a Zales again after this. To start, my husband and I celebrated our ten year wedding anniversary back in January. He bought me a beautiful ring that was similar to a channel band but with a different design to wear on my right ring finger. Good thing he bought the protection plan because one week after wearing it a diamond fell out. We sent it off to get replaced(and also asked that they inspect the ring and make sure the other diamonds were secure) and picked it up two weeks later. One week later another diamond fell out. Obviously I was very disappointed and ended up exchanging it for another ring with less smaller diamonds hoping it would do better. While I was having that ring re-sized, I also asked if they could re-size my original wedding band that I bought at a Robbin’s Brothers store in San Diego. They said they could and it would cost $ 50. I said that was fine and sent it off with my other ring. Two weeks later they called for us to pick up the rings. I arrive and the ring the sales person handed me was not my ring. I was shocked and told her so. She said it must have gotten swapped out accidentally and that they would look around their store and also contact the jeweler who did the re-sizing. That was three weeks ago… I still have not gotten my ring back(thinking someone is walking around enjoying it or the jeweler took my diamonds to re-sell). They tried to offer me one of their cheaper wedding channel bands and I about laughed. I contacted Robbin’s Brothers out in San Diego and my ring is worth $ 1,995 and Zales tried to offer me an $ 800 ring. The lady who was supposed to be helping us(older woman named Michelle) said she would again talk to the jeweler and see about ordering me a replacement from Robbin’s Brothers, but also look for mine again. That was two weeks ago… Both my husband and I left many messages asking for Michelle to call us back(each time she happened to be busy or out of the store) and never received a call back and it’s been a week. My husband finally called the corporate headquarters and are now waiting for them to call us back. It’s been two days and my patience is running out. I don’t understand how something like this can happen and why no one seems to be able to help us in getting this corrected. If I could I would give them negative stars. Terrible customer service and they have lost an almost $ 2,000 ring that I have had for over ten years. Makes me sick. STAYAWAYFROMTHISLOCATIONANDINMYOPINIONALLZALESSTORES.

I have purchased three rings from this location. They are all beautiful and I received exactly what I ordered. The real key here is the customer service they offer. First, purchase the protection — it is completely worth it and if you lose a stone it will be replaced without a problem. Additionally, I had a «unique» return situation. Although I agree with Reggie R that a number of employees at the location could use a lesson in Customer Service, the manager was exceptional. She went above and beyond, completely exceeding my expectations. I am from a small town in Ohio, and I can tell you that the service I received her was the kind I would have received from the town jeweler who knows all of his customers by name. Without a doubt, she is the kind of person you want to do business with — she will ensure your experience and investment is worthwhile.

I went in with a print out of what I looked at online. They didn’t have it in store so they ordered it for me. The lady that helped me(Tiara) was really helpful and friendly, however the rest of the people in that store could use a lesson in good customer service. When I came back to pick up the ring I ordered, the lady that originally helped me was not there that day, instead I was«helped» by others who barely acknowledged that I was in the store. In fact, the 2 males in the store made me feel like I was not welcomed in the store. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

My husband and I both purchased our wedding rings at this Zales. I had picked out the one I wanted online and went to the store just to buy it. Everything went smoothly here. The problem happened with my husband’s wedding band. We placed the order and were told they would call us when it was ready. We never got a call in the general timeframe they quoted us, so we called ourselves and came by to pick it up a few weeks after they said it would be ready — about a month before our wedding. Turns out they never called because they either lost the ring or they never ordered it in the first place. In any event, it was not there. We got different stories from different employees, and were told it would«most likely» be ready in time for our wedding. They ended up expediting the(re)order and the ring arrived in time, but being told your wedding band will«most likely» arrive in time for your wedding is not acceptable.

I needed to have my ring cleaned & inspected. I try to have my ring serviced every 3 – 4 months. Since moving from Florida, I had not gotten my ring cleaned and it was time. The biggest hurdle was that I purchased my ring at Zales Outlet, which is a sister store to Zales. I called ahead and asked if I could take my ring to be serviced rather than driving 20+miles to the nearest Zales Outlet. They were accommodating over the phone and told me to bring my ring into the store. Both associates were friendly and efficient. They were not able to clean each stone separately and/or redo the white gold plating like at a Zales Outlet. Nonetheless, they looked at the stones and placed my ring in a quick cleaning machine. For now, it will do.
