This fantastic company has so many positive attributes that I will do my best to convey my pleasant experience with The Young’s Chem-​Dry Team. Susan was so professional and polite, her customer service is spot on compared to competitive companies I have used in the past. It’s no wonder this company has been in business since 1982! The cleaning performed on my rental homes was amazing, they saved me from replacing the carpet on several properties. I honestly thought that they wouldn’t come out as clean as they did. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable, clean appearance, expert workmanship and an incredibly fast drying time. Jerry Young has also been a huge help with my properties. Thank you all so much for this exceptional quality of work and professionalism. I will be using this company for many years to come. Kudos Young’s Chem-​Dry Team!

I think Mya S must have used another company, as there are a number of Chem-​Dry Franchises and a few similar processes. I have used Young’s Chem-​Dry for 23 years. Their cleaning has saved my carpets numerous times. I have saved lots of money by not having to replace carpeting but once. Each time they clean it, I am AMAZED at how great it looks! I have never had it remain wet for more than 4 hours, and only when it was stinky-​dirty and the deep cleaning was necessary. I too have pets: 2 dogs and 2 cats who are indoor/​outdoor. Children are all grown but between pets and children our carpets take a beating… Their PURT (Pet Urine Removal Treatment) is the best I have ever seen, especially for cat urine. Also their techs are skilled at repairing carpet-​again saving me lots of money. Have used them when I had a flood, when I thought for sure my carpet was gone-​they saved it. Techs are always very professional, courteous and knowledgable. I can highly recommend this company and this process. Kathy K.
