I visited World Nails for the first time a week ago today. I don’t usually like leaving bad reviews on businesses because I know how much of an impact they have but this experience was so bad that I just had to. I really wanted my experience to be good because I live in walking distance to this salon so it would’ve been very convenient. When I walked in it was pretty typical of a welcome in a nail salon. Nothing special but not rude I guess. They told me to pick a color and then directed me to a pedicure chair. I explained that I wanted a pedicure and the dipping powder color. To start off I paid for a 30 minute pedicure and got a 20 minute pedicure. Its supposed to be relaxing but the lady rushed so fast that it wasn’t at all relaxing. She never asked me if I wanted anything to drink but everyone else had drinks. Finally after about 15 minutes they started my nails. I told a different girl that I just wanted to match the color of my toes the best they could. The customer sitting next to me understood what they were saying and she said they were talking about how picky I was but I’m paying for a service so I want what I want. Well less than a week later the color is chipping off of my nails besides the terrible experience. I wouldn’t go back there if it were free. I’ll continue to go to La Bella on Cooper regardless of how close World Nails is to me. I should’ve read these other reviews first.

Decent experience. Nothing special about World Nails. It’s near my house which is why I come in occasionally. But service is very mediocre and quality to match.

I’ve been here a few times when visiting family, usually for a mani, so I tried them for a pedicure last month. The manicures are fine; nothing exceptional. My pedicure was fine until she buffed the knuckles so hard that 4 of them bled. Not cool. I’m a forgiving guy, so I’ll try them again, but I’ll let them know in advance that my toes are delicate. Anyway, the salon is very nice, and it’s blocks from the family compound.

60 bucks for a deluxe pedicure that they short changed me on the time. They did not listen to me. Damaged my nail beds by over buffing my nails for a gel manicure. I had to go to another salon to get it repaired. I will never be back to this place.

Horrible service, horrible work. Tried out twice and still can’t seem to paint inside the lines and file a straight nail. Will not be returning. Save your money and find a better shop. When I’m spending $ 30+ on a manicure it should be better work than my 6 year old niece!

Went for new set of gel nails and brow wax. We greeted right away, help pick out the shade I wanted, they even offered to and tried a few color on my nails to help me find the right shade without hesitation. Ashley did my manicure and polish, it was my first time w/gel so she told me the dos and donts and even did 3 coats to make sure I got the deep color I was wanting. All the ladies spoke clearly and were very nice never pushy. Also got a brow wax that was perfect too. Great service, clean, professional, and good prices. $ 30 for gel set and $ 8 for brow wax. Check their site for coupons.

They were really nice but it took forever to get them to understand what I wanted done to my nails. Then I asked the guy to fix two nails because one was too big and another wasn’t square and he seemed irritated. My nails turned out… okay but I’ve certainly had them look better. I don’t think I will be returning here to get my nails done.
